LFE (something about subwoofer)
DRangeMax
Delay (front to rear????)
(I am in fact using 2 front, 2 rear, center and sub)
Thanks,
Lang
I can provide a little bit of light on some of those.
DRange Max: You got me... I have no clue
LFE: I beleive it stands for Low Frequency Enhancer. In plain English...
Bass Boost. Would give you a little bit more bass.
Delay: Now we have to get a little technical. Basically, that function
will Change the delay time between your front and rear speakers.
Basically, if you set it at 0.5 seconds, it means that the sound out of
the back speakers will come out 0.5 seconds after the sound from the front
speakers. It's a calculation you have to make(or do like most people and
adjust it until is sound right) You want the sound from the back speakers
to hit your sitting position (Better known as the couch) at the same time
as the front speakers. Because this changes according to the distance
they are from each other, they need to be adjusted every time you move
them or change your room layout.
Hope this helps,
Martin
