I bought a pair of replacement cushions for a set of Beyerdynamic DT100
Headphones a few days ago and I asked you if the foam insert pads came with
them as they were not shown in the picture. You told me no I would have to
buy them separate and when I ordered them I was told they were out of stock
and I would have to wait 2-3 weeks so I wrote and asked you to hold my order
for the cushions and send the whole order at the same time 2-3 weeks later.
I was very disappointed that you chose to completely ignore my request and
the next day you sent me the cushions only. Upon receiving them I
immediately saw that the foam pads were indeed included so I was given the
wrong information and had made a needless purchase so I wrote and asked you
to cancel the order for the foam pads and refund my visa.

YOU IGNORED ME!

Today I wrote to you again and asked if you had cancelled the order and
refunded my visa.
YOU IGNORED ME AGAIN!!

When I asked you the first time I also asked you if you would do a discount
on bulk purchases and asked for a quote for 10 x sets of cushions.
YOU IGNORED THAT TOO!!!

This is a professional service is it?

I am no longer interested in doing any further business with a company who
acts in this manner. Are you going to force me to get my bank to do a charge
back for the sum of approx Ł3???
Absolutely disgraceful behaviour!
The person who I was in conversation with throughout this had no problem
communicating with me pre sale so I suppose this just goes to show that your
after sales sevice is non existent and that you try to force sales on
customers after YOUR MISTAKES!!!!!
Lauren Behan was the person I dealt with throughout this transaction.
