Greetings,
My Satanic art band, Devil Fingers, is in search of a studio to
record in somewhere in New England. The last studio we dealt with
closed down. It obviously has to be an open minded establishment...
We sometimes do things while recording that might be considered
strange or somewhat blasphemous, but it's for the good of the music.
We've been described as a Satanic version of Tangerine Dream mixed in
with some Hendrix. Anyone interested, email me.

For starters, I'm guessing you're looking for a studio that can record
things backwards ....

It's like deja vu, all over again.

But I don't think the average listener would be able to decode it on their
CD player. In fact that reminds me, there is a whole generation of people
that will never get to hear all those old backwards encoded messages.

Well, I suppose that anyone with a 'puter and a rudimentary audio editor
could simply reverse a .wav copy & hear 'em real good...

There are plenty of them... it all depends on what kind of budget you
have. I could suggest a great one for you at $1,850/day (+engineer) or
one for like $300/day (+engineer) or one for like $5-600 a day, engineer
included... or a dozen shades of gray in between.

So, once you have a budget, matching you with the right studio will be
easy.

Recording blashpemy in the name of satan: Priceless!

Wonder what kind of budget does the devil have anyway?

The original post reminded me of an old "satanic band looking for a
studio" thread too, so I looked. It was posted last April and the
subject was "Satanic band seeks studio (East Coast)". This poster is
the same one - the same email address, with the same band name as in
that thread last April.
Then there's the thread I found from last May, subject "My studio
..haunted?" which mentions this band name, by a "Martin Warwood,
Warwood studios, CT." I remember this thread also back when it was
posted, but I never connected those two threads until now.
I had a small suspicion that all three of these threads are just an
elaborate long-term troll. However, the "haunted?" poster, while
having an unusual and suspicious-looking email address, appears to
have a regular posting history here, and this Devil Fingers guy has a
posting history consistent with the satanic image (no pun intended) on
*.music.industrial. Or perhaps these regulars got together just to
make these posts...

In article <9980cbcb.02022...@posting.google.com>,

Are you really a disciple of Beezlebub or are just doing this to annoy
Christians?

I'm a devout Christian studying to be a DJ and am looking to mix my
particular blend of house noise and polka with some death metal satanic
art rock to try to create the audio equivalent of Good versus Evil...
would this be something that'd you'd be willing to participate in?

I don't know the exact numbers, but I thought he was saying something at the

I wonder if Devil Fingers has ever shared a stage with Velcro Fly? Which
was the opening act?

The "blasphemy" parts comes from those with different believes... not caring
one way or the other (I believe in the First Amendment of the US
Constitution), if the brother wants to put some sounds in the air, and wants
those sounds stored... and has the money to pay me to do it... let's rock

I would now more think that this act is the devil than most 'Christian Bands'
have Christ playing bass... they want to express themselves musically, they
want someone to record that expression. The only question remaining is how
much money they have to spend on the recording.

The devil is just another christian deity, like the yang for the ying,
the op for the down, the back for the forth, etc.

I guess $666/day could be more appropriate.
