I have a pair of KEF Reference 103.2 speakers that have the spring clip
mechanism for attaching the speaker cables. I would like to use a pair
of older MIT Terminator 2 cables that have the banana plugs. The spring
clips will not accommodate the banana plugs due to size. What are my
options here?

In all honesty, I believe the *best* solution is to take your speakers
to a good shop (or DIY, if you are into this type of stuff), and have
some good 5-way binding posts put on. While at it, this would be a good
time to re-wire the innards with a higher quality cable. I wouldn't get
too ridiculous as far as exotic brands or anything. There are plenty of
great cables in the "few dollars" per foot price range that are a
noticeable step up from stock.

Depending on the grade of parts selected, you could probably get this
job done for around $100 or so. DIY would likely cut that by a third.

I'd consider it money well spent.
