Nexstar to buy 75% of C-Wub

I knew that the CBS Entertainment Group plus Warner Bros. was dissolving
its partnership and selling the C-Wub. I didn't realize Nexstar was
buying 75% of it. Different units of Paramount and Warner Bros. will end
up owning 12 1/2 % each.
A number of years ago, Nexstar bought Trib station group. Now, Trib was
incredibly unhappy with the C-Wub and dropped its affiliations. WGN
dropped its affiliation after 2015-16 and I think they dropped
affiliations in other markets too.
Nexstar has CW affiliates in 37 markets. I guess that's why they are
buying the network.
