I'm trying to get a hold of a source that would have episodes of this show
to replay for some friends, so they can see Michael Richards in
his pre-Kramer days...not to mention that the show was a real scream,
and many other skits & characters were hysterical!
Anybody got any leads? ANY help would be appreciated. Thanks!

I do not have a source for videos of old "Fridays" episodes, but I can
point you toward The Andy Kaufman Home Page which includes a section
on the night Andy hosted the show.
Michael Richards and Larry David (as well as others) are discussed and
the site also features some "video frame captures" from the show.

Yes.
In the second season of "St. Elsewhere," the episode titled, "Drama
Center" featured Michael Richards as a director of television
documentaries. Heart Surgeon, Dr. Mark Craig (William Daniels)
becomes the willing subject of Richard's overbearing crew. However,
Craig begins to have second thoughts when the director insists on
staging scenes and raises Craig's anger by trying to go
behind-the-scenes to "dig up dirt."
This episode was originally broadcast February 15, 1984.
Did't Richards also star in an Miami Vice episode as a drug dealer?
Richards' character is named Bill Wolff.
A few episodes later, he appears again when his (very unflattering)
documentary is broadcast.
Wolff shows up in three more episodes during the third season,
as a news producer at a Boston TV station. He hires, then ultimately
fires Ehrlich (Ed Begley, Jr.) as the "Health Spot" reporter for
the evening news.
The episodes in question are:
2.14 "Drama Center"
2.17 "Vanity"
3.7 "Fade to White"
3.13 "Dr. Wyler, I Presume?"
3.17 "Give the Boy a Hand"
