How come you never write back to me anymore?

As I have said, my daughter has contracted beri-beri from handling
the products you sent us.

Also, what are these large pus filled sores that we are developing?
You should at least spray the boxes before you ship,
so there are not so many spiders crawling out of them upon opening?

I let my dog drink out of one of your ceramic bowls..
and he died within minutes. All the plants have died in the
vicinity of where we buried the carcass. Should we be concerned about this?
