I could swear last year I was able to watch High def programming
OnDemand from HBO.

But now, there's no High-Def option OnDemand. This is on Comcast, if
that has anything to do with it.

HBO has never offered any HD programming to on demand on Comcast around
here. What system are you on?

Comcast, or another provider?

They've had certain shows (like John Adams) available in HD On Demand,
but it's never been a regular thing with Comcast. Another way Comcast
sucks, since all of their channels are actually available on demand to
subscribers if you have a system with enough bandwidth to provide them.

Comcast HBO never had HD on Demand. Comcast Encore does, however.
Maybe that is what you remember.

I had no idea it was offered in a few markets. It's never been available
to me. Count yourself lucky.

Well, unlucky actually, since I can't watch True Blood OnDemand in
High-def.

Complain to Comcast. Maybe you'll get it back.
