Again, "legal weight" is a straw man argument. If FEMA was illegal, or
if helping disaster victims on the federal level was illegal in any way,
you'll have ample reasoning how that is and why FEMA is still allowed to
operate.

Thanny, you're lost in the windmills of your mind again. This is how
the government works: we elect elected officials. They decide what is
best for the people and put those measures in place. Hence FEMA.
Nobody, Governor Romney included, was making a "legal argument" against
FEMA, SO TAKE YOUR MOTHERFUCKING STRAW MAN ARGUMENTS AND SHOVE THEM BACK
UP YOUR ASS WHERE THEY BELONG. YOU ARE A FAILED LAWYER AND NOBODY IN
THEIR RIGHT FUCKING MIND SHOULD GIVE A SHIT ABOUT YOUR "LEGAL
ARGUMENTS". You are persistent--persisently stupid. You have this
endless supply of circular reasoning and lapses in logic.
(i.e., to levy taxes for the general welfare of the nation).

Again, if you have some cite for who or what has found FEMA to be
illegal in some way, or to be shown as an example of Congress "run
amok", let's see it. You're presenting an argument that doesn't exist
in reality, just in the tumbleweeds that is your mind. You want to
present us with a pile of shit and expect people to give you credence
for it. Fat chance. You're just a sloppy thinker that has trouble
going from point A to point B in your mind.
In fact, I know you're an anonyshit and this isn't possible for you, but
why don't you come clean for a change. This was a discussion of
Romney's flip flopping on FEMA, but now you seem to want to turn into a
teabagging referendum on "government handouts". Can you admit to a
poorly thought out attempt at promoting your teabagging agenda or not?
I'm guessing not.
