He's also known as "Ray Luca" from Crime Story.
It really looked like him, considering that Crime Story was done
about 20 years ago, but unfortunately I didn't catch the credits
to see if his name would be there...

Yes, it was definitely him. He shows up on programs every once in a while.

Don't see anything like that on IMDB, but yeah, he seems to have done a
few appearances in the past few years.
It was funny, though, since when I started suspecting it was him on
Wanda Does It, I just kept thinking of Ray Luca being the casino
manager. ;)
