I want it to fix the federal budget deficit, give us a better choice
of presidential candidates, land a man on Mars by 2016 and make
terrorists stop attacking America.

I enjoy ME-TV but *all* the commercials on it are amazingly bad ...

So, did you want to chat about this or something?

Here's another one: Target's new campaign with the singing couple. They're
slightly off key. It's deliberate.

I doubt it's anywhere near as bad as the horrible Juicy Fruit ad that aired
incessantly (every single break, on every single channel, pretty much) all
summer. That one had not only amateurish singing, but one of their voices
kept breaking and going high-pitched.

Why they thought putting fingernails-on-a-chalk-board-level auditory *hell*
on TV would inspire *anyone* to want to buy their product, I have no idea.

And then The Last Resort opened with an eerily similar scene of an
inflatable raft rendezvouzing with a submarine ... didn't take a genius to
predict what since transpired: it stank up the airwaves until it got the
axe!

Almost all commercials on ME-TV all day long. Those horrible Amica 'ME'
ads ... the life alert ads with the nasty old women.
