Before I start answering other threads I want to lay out the three things I
found draw dropping about the 13 results. Spoiler space just in case:

I am not surprised at all that Rachel won, I expected she would and she does
deserve it. And I am also not surprised at the margin of 4-3 which is exactly
what her winning margin would be. But three things shocked me:

Dani voting for Porsche! I really thought she would put aside her feelings and
vote for Rachel. When she was voting she faked me out a bit when she told
Rachel "You're lucky this isn't a personality contest." or words to that
effect. It telegraph to me-or so I thought-that she was holding her nose and
voting for Rachel because of her game play. Instead, she voted for Porsche. I
guess she stood by her old alliance mate.

Shelly voting for Rachel! Wow I didn't think she would but she did. I
definitely got the vibe that she just didn't like Rachel thinking her a
horrible human being" as she told Porsche when she was rallying the newbies
including a vacillating Adam to take on Jeff. Ironically she noted that Rachel
would likely stay in the game because people would want to drag her there so
they can sit next to her in the F2 and win by a mile and lamented that she will
get $50,000 for being a "horrible" human being In stead she voted Rachel to get
$500,000. She was better at putting aside her personal feelings better than
Dani. I guess she was impressed with Rachel's sarge to save herself multiple
times and especially after Pandora's box reinstated partners temporarily and
gave Rachel and Jordan a chance to get themselves off the block.

But the biggest, absolutely biggest by far shocker is Jeff winning America's
Vote! I thought Jordan was going to win it all season but I had considered the
possibility of Jeff winning before Jeff was evicted and shortly afterward, but
I didn't expect that AT ALL after Jordan's exit interview. It floored me!!! I
think Jeff got a less ideal cut than he got in BB11 so it was a real surprise.

On the other hand I was right that J&J would vote for Rachel and Kalia and Adam
for Porsche; but it is no big prediction Dani voting for Porsche was
surprising.

According to Adam he got four out of the five third stage questions so he
would've beat Rachel. I still don't think he would've won if he was sitting
next to Rachel.

Other things:

Jeff said that he would have prised loyalty in the game above all. Those that
mean he would've had voted for Adam? Would've Jordan gone along?

The BB final episode should've been two hours long. I think there wasn't enough
time for questions from the jury and interviews of the non jury houseguest.

Given the time difference between Adam and Porsche in the second stage, I don't
think Adam throwing away his goggles made a difference if that would be any
comfort to him.

Adam could get his wish to be on All Stars. Not much on game play but he has a
big outgoing personality. That is important in entertainment LOL! So yeah I
think he will make it. I was wrong that Jordan would win America's vote but I
still think that Adam probably had came in third in the voting.

Shelly was a bit too defensive in explaining why she turned on Jeff. She
should've said I had to get rid of him before it was too late. 'Nuff said.

AS usual Porsche looked great! Jordan looked fantastic in her dress! She had a
'60s flower girl vibe to me with that dress! Very cute.

Oh by the way I do like Dani's new term for a specific kind of "Floater":
"Piggy Backer". It is much like my concept of a "Drafter": Hooking oneself to a
strong player and doing whatever he or she says-at least as long as they are in
power. He doesn't float in the traditional way in that he doesn't commit to
anything, quite the opposite; he commits to the agenda of the more powerful
player. See also Natalie White of "Survivor 19 Samoa".

Speaking of "Survivo"r I guess I will be bouncing between her and
alt.tv.survivor since "Survivor 23" debuted last night before BB. I like
Survivor almost as much as I like BB but I say BB was cheated out of a half
hour. It should've been on its own night for two hours IMHO.

All in all I think Rachel winning was the right result. And Porsche did have a
right to be in the F2 over Adam.

There was little hope of Dani voting for Rachel after Rachel made it
her JOB to pester Dani before she left. Rachel played a very personal
game and so shouldn't be surprised when Dani voted personally. If
Rachel hadn't behaved so much like a spoiled child then Dani probably
would have voted for her.

More likely Jordan worked on her and that convinced Shelly to vote for
Rachel.

As someone said over in the BB newsgroup most of the votes are
probably from women and that means Jeff was likely to win as he tends
to come across as a good guy.

He would have taken Porsche to the F2 because he knew Rachel would
have three votes locked up.

Not if Adam was up against Rachel because then Jeff would have been
choosing between two of his alliance members and would have voted for
Rachel to win.

Yes, they always cut the BB finale too short. There really needed to
be more time to get into things but that doesn't seem to be what CBS
wants to do. Some of the HGs are always left out (Keith and Dominic
this time around) during the questioning of past HGs.

>Given the time difference between Adam and Porsche in the second stage, I don't

I agree. The main difference seemed to be in Porsche moving multiple
pictures at one time so she got more done in each trip under water. It
would have been interesting to see what time Porsche would have got if
she had spent the summer working out like most of the HGs did. It
wasn't until the last month that she even did any workouts and that
was just walking around the back yard. It always surprises me when HGs
don't spend time working out when they know so many of the comps will
be quite physical.

I don't think he will make it unless other HGs that are AG's first
choice turn her down. His coat riding makes for a boring game so I
doubt he will be invited back since there are plenty of nice guys that
can be loud on occassion (Howie for one.)

Maybe she has been given a sense of what was going on outside the
house?

It's a a safe form of game play even if it is very boring for the
viewers.

Agreed. I still dislike Rachel (the last couple of weeks of improved
behavior don't make up for the past two years) but of the final three
she deserved the win the most. Porsche fought much harder than Adam to
get to the F3 so she certainly deserved to be in the F2.

Yeah, it looked that way. Either that or they edited the 3 minutes it
took him to get out and into the water.

NOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

So is not putting Adam back on TV.

So yeah I

I was surprised she kept to her alliance and brought her instead of the
easier to beat Adam.
