She only has two credits since 2008:

http://www.imdb.com/name/nm0005158/

Turns out it's because she married a guy who works for the UN and they
travel around the world:

So what did you see her in that made you think to look her up?

Her fate in Sliders (on and off screen) was just so sad.

Oh, just jumping around and came across her name. And then I realized
that I hadn't thought about her in years.

All the cast changes in Sliders were hard to understand at the time
because the show was successful, so why screw with it? Here's a recent
Jerry O'Connell interview about the show. He's married to Rebecca
Romijn, BTW:

I think of her it's "Sports Night", not "Sliders."

I never watched Sports Night. She was a regular in three shows, those
two and Numb3rs. She left or was forced out from Sliders, and she walked
away from Numb3rs after its first season. I have to admit that I
wondered why she kept leaving shows...

I watched all three and never saw her giving less than 100% so she
clearly came to work. With SLIDERS it makes sense for her to consider
leaving since the entire senior production team was leaving. That and
the direction of the show was changing so it probably seemed like it
was time to look for something that would last longer. I don't know
what happened with her and NUMB3RS. Did she leave or was she asked to
leaver, or perhaps she was offered a reduced role in future seasons
and chose to leave for that reason?

You should try to catch it someplace. It is an entertaining 'sitcom'
with lots of fast paced/witty banter.

I think in the case of Sliders it might have been bust size and little
else. She was 5x the actress of her replacement though. I'm not sure,
but I thought also that the start of Sports Night butted up with her
departure from Sliders. She traded up.

Sports Night is a great, two-season closed-ended show. So many whacky
lines and arcs. "A playground all covered in cheese." Tragic error.
And the last ep is simply a classic of TV writing.

"Sabrina Lloyd did not return for the second season and Terry did not
appear in the last two episodes of the first season. CBS officially
stated that her contract had an option to leave after the first season
and she chose to do so.

Pretty much. Voice-over. I "watched" the whole series this winter
while I was on the PC. Early seasons OK, last three, at least,
unwatchable unless also doing something else.

Somewhere, maybe Wikipedia when I was trying to figure out the cast
changes, I saw she might have made $40k for that last ep. Pretty nice
check for voice-over work.

This says:

http://sliders.wikia.com/wiki/Wade_Welles

Eighteen months after they had been separated, Wade was finally able to
communicate to Rembrandt through the multiverse and send the sliders to
the Earth where she was being held. Wade was being kept in a Kromagg
science experiment to invade their homeworld; an experiment where her
brain was being used as a computer along with other humans the Kromaggs
had captured. Wade was able to sabotage the experiment so the Kromaggs
wouldn't be able to invade. Rembrandt wanted to save Wade from the
Kromaggs, but there was limited time before the slide and it wasn't
possible to physically remove her from the Kromagg experiment before it
was timer to go. Rembrandt wanted to stay behind with Wade, but Wade
wouldn't let him and made him slide to the world the others slid to. It
wasn't made clear whether Wade lived or died until the episode The Seer,
when the seer said he had seen her death.

While it didn't have quite the pop in the dialogue as THE WEST WING it
still had much of that Sorkin touch.
