The only "Irish" bit I heard was the word "colleen". Other than that,
it was unlike any of the Irish music in my collection.

LOL.
Is that really the best you can do?

Thank god they remembered to bring sports clothes for so many people!

Well, the *original* BG did, anyway! ;p

Flogging Molly is described on Wikipedia as "Celtic punk."
I loved the song.

Back when that was on, I was watching it. There wasn't much for it to
suffer in comparison with at the time. By the time BG2 came along, we'd
had B5, Farscape, and Firefly.

The less SGU, the better.

Except that Rush isn't making any attempt to get anyone back to Earth,
and keeps interrupting any attempts to do so.
The Earth team at least had come up with a plan, however misguided and
untenable. Rush hasn't even tried.

Then I'd suggest your Irish Collection could stand to be broadened a
bit. And the instrumentation likewise said Irish or Celtic more than
Country (IMHO).

An alternative is that they were illegal drugs. In either case he no
longer has access to them. So whether he's going through withdrawal
or losing access to important meds, it's not a good thing.
I don't agree. Rush _wants_ everyone to think he's their only hope but
the fact that Eli was able to figure out the ship's systems well enough
to detect Rush's fabrication is pretty good evidence otherwise.
