Well, think of two instead, then you need not confuse yourself by using
"Is" instead of "Are". :-)
You can always tell when there's a happy ending when you get soft, cuddly
signature tune music fading in at the end of an episode instead of the
"doob, doob, doob, doobadoobadooba" drum riff. Such episodes, are,
admittedly, about as rare as rocking-horse manure, it must be said. I think
there was one when Jamie and Sonia decided to get hitched a couple of weeks
back. I would class that as "sick" rather than "happy" though.

Happiness, as they say, writes white.
And another problem with happiness in EE is that
they can't do it well. Tom and Sharon's current
"happy and delirious" mode is unconfortable to watch,
almost embarassing. Not that the acting is any worse
than usual, but it just doesn't sit well on those characters.
And that's why we have the hilarity-ensued briagde: Barry,
"Ricky", As If and Martin.
P.S. Barry - worst "dramatic" actor ever?? Not bad at comedy
though. If you like that kind of thing.

I know what you mean ..... not one normal family amongst the lot and as for
the Slaters ..how many families like that in your neighbourhood ... I
suppose the happuy ending was Kathy when she managed to get away with

Not at all. I'm glad you take in good part, unlike other oversensitive

Not you, Dawn. I can tell by the way you handle those DRTs you're not the
sensitive type. :-)

Oh cum on And'y. H'avent you reelized yet;;: that the olny way for a gril
to get you're atten shun is to sho a distincked lack of grammer, sum orful
speling,
and a conpleet laysay fair atitude too. Puncturation.
Take Dawn, for instance. I'm absolutely convinced she's terribly well
educated. Simply an attention seeker, in my opinion.
Ouch.
Erm, if I says I'm well educatid that means I have to admit to being
attention seeking doesn't it? On the other hand, If I disagree, then I'm
saying I'm a bit thick. Oh dear, I feel a dilemma coming on.....
