From what I remember Aunt Nellie was a relative/friend of Lou's
(Pauline's mom).

I can vaguely recall that she and Ethel was sitting in the pub around
Christmas time - maybe it was last year, or the year before. When it come to
Auntie Nellie, I don't really miss her. At least she had the pleasure of
outliving poor Arthur Fowler, whose life she made such a misery when she
stayed with him and Arthur.

If she is still sane, she would be perfect for Dot's Community Allert Group.
