I must have missed it, but when Justin and Adrienne left for Dallas,
Adrienne was pregnant. Did she have the baby? Boy or girl? What
was it named?

It was a boy, and they named him Jackson (after Jack)

Jennifer received a phone call from Adrianne or Justin. Jennier hangs up
the phone and tells Jack the Adrianne had a boy and they named him
Jack or Billy I don't remember which.

Maybe I'm going slightly nutso (but what else is new??), but I thought
that when Vic & Carly were getting married, Vic said that Justin &
Adrienne couldn't come to the wedding because the *TWINS* were sick.

Could someone straighten me out if I'm wrong??????? I could have
sworn that Adrienne had twins.

Justin and Adrienne adopted twins from (someone help me on this) Anjelica's
maid?? (oh c'mon what's her name). This was during the period where Justin and
Anjelica were "business partners", and she tried on several occasions to seduce
him. Jackson was their first natural born child.

OK...Let me solve this one for everyone. Justin and Adrienne, after all the
problems they had in wanting to have children, are now the proud parents of
FOUR children.
Child #1: Alexander Natural parents: Justin Kiriakis and Angelica
Deveraux (out of wedlock)
Named after: Alexander Kiriakis, father of
Justin Kiriakis
Child #2: Victor Natural parents: J.J. and her fella' (out of
wedlock)
Named after: Victor Kiriakis, uncle of
Justin Kiriakis
Child #3: Joseph Natural parents: J.J. and her fella' (out of
wedlock)
Named after: Josephine (Jo) Johnson, mother
of Adrienne Kiriakis
Child #4: Jackson Natural parents: Justin and Adrienne Kiriakis
Named after: Jack Deveraux, brother of
Adrienne Kiriakis.

To sum up: Alexander was the love child product of Justin and Angelica's
one-night-stand. Afraid that Victor was going to take her son away
from her legally, Angelica chose to fly out of the country. The
plane crashed during its takeoff from Salem airport. All on board
were dead. However, Angelica and Alexander just barely missed the
plane's departure. She let everyone believe she was dead, found
another way to get out of town, and went into hiding. Over a year
later, Johnny Corelli wanted to get in good with Victor Kiriakis.
He heard about Alexander's "tragedy", and thought it sounded fishy.
After a bit of investigation, he found Angelica and Alexander, and
returned Alexander to Justin and Adrienne. Adrienne has legally
adopted Alexander.

Victor and Joseph were the twin children of J.J. Bagwood and her
fella'. She had been the nanny of Alexander, and felt that J&A
were the best parents she had ever worked for. When she found
herself to be pregnant, she sought them for help and offered to let
them adopt her children when they were born. When her fella' came
to town and offered to marry her, J.J. was torn over keeping her
children and giving them up. She finally decided after their birth
to give them to J&A for adoption. I don't think she ever married
her fella'.

Jackson Kiriakis is the youngest child of J&A, and also the only
one who is the natural child of both of them. Adrienne had a
miscarriage that left her highly unlikely to have children. She
underwent experimental surgery with Neil, and became pregnant a
few months later. She and Justin were exstatic to find she was
pregnant with twins. However, shortly after finding out about her
twins, Adrienne had an exam that revealled that one of the twins
was experiencing an ectopic pregnancy. This means that the baby
was developing in the Fallopian Tube, rather than the uterus.
Neil figured out that this was connected to the experimental
nature of Adrienne's surgery. He also said that if she did not
have an abortion of the child, she would die. After several long
talks with Justin and Neil about the procedure and their love of
the baby, Neil performed the abortion. He did not use regular
abortion technique. Rather, he used a technique similar to a
C-section to remove the fetus. It was rather touch and go for
the other twin still in the womb. However, it somehow managed
to rally and lived through the trauma of surgury to its mother.
Adrienne was ordered to complete rest for the remainder of her
pregnancy. When she and Justin moved to Dallas, Justin hired
profecional movers and refused to let her do anything but the
lightest of packing. Despite the traumactic pregnancy, Jackson
had a near perfect delivery.

Justin and Adrienne are unsure if she can have any more children,
but considering they are the parents of four, they are unlikely
to have more reguardless.

I hope all of this helps.

Justin and Adrienne went from having no kids and wanting kids to having
4 baby boys.

#1 Alexandar - Justin and Angelica's (about 3-4 years old)
#2 & #3 Vic and Joe (the twins) - adopted (about 1 year old)
#4 Jackson - Justin and Andrienne's (about 6 months old)

Almost right. Jack and Jenn were arguing about Howard the bum. The phone
rings, JACK answers the phone. Talks to Justin for a few minutes and then
wanders over to the sofa and starts eating his cracker sandwich (hey I
just watched this episode this weekend - Sunday I have no life) and when
Jenn asked what Justin had to say he replied 'Oh Adrienne had a baby boy
and they named him Jackson Kiriakis' or something like that. He then
mentioned that yes he was somewhat pleased and they stopped arguing (and
eating) and decided to live on love along. You know what we mean...

Spoilers....and Opinions follow.

Okay I enjoyed today's episode.

I much prefer Desiree in the scenes with Jack, than with BWGAFF. She always
seemed to be in a inferior role in her scenes with BWGAFF. I felt that she
had much more chemistry with Jack, and that the actress can develop Desiree
into a really great character. I was always peeved that she was only
employed as a day acter, while Peck was a principle character from the
beginning, since she is a far better acter and more interesting character.

Jenn visiting Carly was great. They are supposedly friends and it is
nice to see interaction beyond the couples stage. And then later when
Jenn goes back and discusses the situation with Jack, again much more
realistic than what has transpired in the Genocide months.

ALICE what can I say. I loved her little speech to Hawk. Again, the Alice
which I love, getting invovled in some mad-capped scheme to protect her
family. And I really enjoyed it when BWGAFF returned, and goes on about
Jenn, and a completely preplexed Tom listens on. Again, consistent with
past storylines when Alice would become involved with something, and poor
Tom would be completely oblivious, and confused.

I too rather enjoyed the scenes with the Bradys and Shane. More interaction.
And I know folks out there on the net don't praticularly like Shawn, but I
thought his irrationality fit in. And was a nice change of pace from all
the "prefect" in control characters. And I rather liked the scene between
him and Shane.

Jennifer finally apologized for believing BWGAFF over Jack. And Jack also
admited his wrong doing. I loved the part of her throwing away the bolo--who
would have ever believed in such continuity showing up. And I loved Jack's
little explanation to Desiree about it being in his character to make
references to literary, and other things. And then when he quoted Latin,
YESSSSSSSSSSSSSS. And a great quote at that, especially now that I am reading
about the civil wars and Caesar & Pompeius at the battle of Pharsalus.

Oh, and Dave, what can I say. It was great to see him working at Alice's.

From Jack & Jenn through Victor, and even with Marlena I find the
characters, and the acters, to be more relaxed, and to be enjoying
themselves much more than throughout the whole time when Palumbo was
in charge. He had no grasp for the characters, he was unable to
write them as to their character, he was lax in regards to being consistent
to past storylines, he was unable to write relationships, and completely
ignored the tastes of the fans. I really can't see him succeed with the
new spin-off. The character of Marlena has been much improved in the
past week, and if he was in control of her in the new series, she'd
return to zombie woman. He wrote that he saw her as a Madonna, well,
that is what ruined her, and made her so zombie like. The Modonna is
a religious figure, architype; I like my soap characters to be human,
and human means flawed.

Yes, YES, **YES**!!! Today that little brat was SO STUPID... he hears

Now, did he REALLY mistake Jenn for Bo??? Get real. "Oh- I thought it was

Bleah. Send him to a boarding school, or better yet-

And then Carly did something REALLY smart, she gives him money and sends him

I agree wholeheartedly with you Sally. As I was watching the show last
night a thought came to me, since it seems that everyone has their friends
and family back to relate with I thought it would be nice for Jack to get
involved with Izshewearingrollerskatesbecauseshecan'tstandonherowntwofeet
(Whew, that was a long one) and investigating John's involvement with the
Romulus/Remus storyline. Since Jack admitted to makine references to
literature and is very intelligent (but sometimes has no common sense), I
thought it would go along with the present theme of the show with friends
helping friends.

Somebody (Kelly, was it you?) made a comment about Ginger's outfit on
Tuesday's show, but I thought the same thing when I saw Desiree's dress. I
liked the dress, but all I could think was isn't it a bit chilly to be
wearing a sleeveless, almost backless dress.

Marlena is definitely starting to act more human lately. I don't think
I've seen this much emotion from her since you first saw "Roman" on the
docks. I can understand her being angry over Roman leaving after promising
he wouldn't, but I think she went quite a bit overboard. She was made
aware, by Roman, that he may have to leave because of Raffi and she should
have known, when Roman and Shane's plan backfired, that there was still a
very distinct possible that Roman would have to leave. I think her
response to John about Roman picking his job over his family was uncalled
for, he was only doing it to protect her. Like I said earlier, I can
understand her being hurt and angry and maybe it was her emotions talking,
but I don't believe she will every not forgive him.

I agree with everyone, Sally, Tammy, etc. yesterday's episode
was great! And now we hear it from Jack as to why he throws in
those cultural references all the time - maybe with the advent
of the baby we will find out more about his upbringing. I loved
that comment about blowing up the science professor, our Jack
sounds like he was a wild child. Can't you just see Jack and the kid
going off on these schemes together and Jenn right behind them?
It would be a riot!

Jack and Desire were great together - and she obviously gave him
the finger, how funny. The whole lie detector thing, she'd been
through it before, her giving him tips on how to con, etc. I really
hope she stays.

Jenn finally apologized and threw out all of Hawk's stuff. BUT DID
SHE GET THAT BLOODY KEY BACK???

Tammy, great idea about Jack helping Izzy with Romulus/Remus - he
should know the story after all. Then they would remember that Jack
and Izzy were friends and he broke her out of Bayview and all.

I think the comment IzzyI'mameatandpotatoeswoman made to Danielle
was more along the lines of staking her claim, if you know what I
mean. She obviously felt threatened. As well she should have. :) :)
I'm getting sick of this fainting and stuff - although it is more
realistic to have John checking her blood pressure than to assume
she is perfectly fine. I'll be amazed if this kid gets born at all.

Alice and Tom were priceless - Tom was in the dark as usual. I'm
glad she is back to her madcap schemes. The conversation with
Desire about The Sting had me on the floor - "is your nose itchy or
something?"

What's the deal with Dave? Are they gonna give him something
to do other than wait tables or wash dishes. Wouldn't it be great if
we find out that all along he has loved Julie from afar, but has been
too shy to say anything, and torn between his feelings for her and his
love for his job, etc. But Julie gets serious with Chip and seeing
that just pushes poor Dave over the edge, he finally speaks his mind.
Now THAT would be something.

Caroline and Shawn fighting! I don't think I've ever seen that before
(I wasn't around when Shawn found out Bo was Vic's son). Peggy is
really a great actress. And so realistic when she said they need to
keep the market open, with the economy the way it is they can't afford
to just close down. At least someone works for a living in Salem.
Shawn and Shane were good together, though I was half expecting Shane
to bring up Evie and the train wreck when Shawn said he couldn't know
how it felt to have a child missing.

Regarding Carly-Swiss-Cheese-for-Brains and Shawn-Douglas, what is
with her? Give the kid $5 and send him off on his way, when his
father has been kidnapped. Even if his father wasn't kidnapped, you
don't leave a kid alone. After all, how many times has this kid
run away, got stuck in mine shafts, etc.? You'd think they'd have
him tied up or something. And then he got on a bus to Green Oaks?
And no one, not the bus driver or anyone, called the police or tried
to stop him? Give me a break. As for the kid's acting, he looks
like a young Olivier compared to MAX. Now there's a kid that needs
serious acting lessons.

Well, enough rambling for now. It's almost lunch time!

Jack the mad scientist?? Sounds realistic to me....

Speaking of the upcoming Deveraux, when will above said infant
be born do you think? Not like DOOL would ever actually follow
a calendar or anything...

And here's an idea- since J&J are about to be thrown into the
world of infants, maybe it's time for Jack to visit his niece.
I mean, the last time Stephanie was even mentioned in his
presense (that I can remember) was her birthday last year.
Maybe with all the trouble that Kayla's been having with
Shawn over Shane would get her to leave her precious child
with her other relatives for once- especially since Jo's
out of Bayview..............

But my favorite idea involves Duke and Harper. Let's here all
that fatherly advice! And maybe Jenn will finally see them-
like when she's in labor....

Dave is the head of the ISA. Gotta be.

Wait a cotton pickin' minute here- did everybody forget that
Andrew was missing for months? Just because Shane didn't think
he was his son at the time shouldn't change the feelings.....

I'm with you on this one. It was hilarious.

I've always thought Peggy's a wonderful actress. I really can't
stand Frank Parker though. Actually it could be the character and
not the actor -- I don't think I've ever seen him in anything else.
I am happy to see people working but I'm really getting sick of
watching John move those stupid crates around. That's really lame.

I think that they had twins too. They named one Jackson, after Jack, and
I think that they named the other one Victor after Victor. Can anyone
verify this?

Aww Susan, that's not fair (whine, whine)! *I* was going to say that (honest)!
Oh course, I don't think he's the *head* of the ISA, but he must be an agent -
after all, what better cover could there be? Everybody that is anybody in
Salem goes to either Wings or Alice's, and now Dave has been seen at both (gee,
what a nice guy, *volunteering* to work at Alice's - what a convenient excuse).

He'll be the one to crack the Torres ring when they try and use the tunnels
under Wings - you just wait and see!

Dave the super spy - sounds good to me!

Well, we had a great post about this very recently and I saved it so am
reposting since some people are obviously still confused. I sincerely
hope Lorraine from over Aggie-land way doesn't mind but it was a great
write up. Here goes:

---------------Start of pertinent portion of original post-------------------

OK...Let me solve this one for everyone. Justin and Adrienne, after all the
problems they had in wanting to have children, are now the proud parents of
FOUR children.
Child #1: Alexander Natural parents: Justin Kiriakis and Angelica
Deveraux (out of wedlock)
Named after: Alexander Kiriakis, father of
Justin Kiriakis
Child #2: Victor Natural parents: J.J. and her fella' (out of
wedlock)
Named after: Victor Kiriakis, uncle of
Justin Kiriakis
Child #3: Joseph Natural parents: J.J. and her fella' (out of
wedlock)
Named after: Josephine (Jo) Johnson, mother
of Adrienne Kiriakis
Child #4: Jackson Natural parents: Justin and Adrienne Kiriakis
Named after: Jack Deveraux, brother of
Adrienne Kiriakis.

To sum up: Alexander was the love child product of Justin and Angelica's

Comments?

---------------------------End of original post----------------------------

I've said it before, I'll say it again. This is quite an elegant and
definitive essay on the status of the Justin/Adrienne child situation.

Hey, I got it! Dave has been in charge of the ISa in
Salem since the very beginning! We all know Shaaane can't
be the town's super-spy, cause he's too obvious. I mean,
c'mon, the man is probably in the yellow pages under "Spies
R' Us", and his phone number probably ends in 007. Besides,
he has a subscription to "Spy Digest" and is always
introduced as "ISA Captain Shane Donovan". Ooooo! Wait!
Brain storm! What a zinger! Shane is _not_ ISA. Nope, he
sure ain't. He's an out of work actor who was hired to play
an ISA agent, to act as a decoy. Yeah, that's it. And
Dave's the head dude! Yeah! And someday, someone's gonna
remember seeing Shane playing the butler in an
off-off-off-way-way-off Broadway production of
"Upstairs,Downstairs" and then the whole story'll come out.
But, anyhow, while working at Wings, Dave recruited Nick to
help with the Jencon thing (which he and Steve are still in
Rio gathering info on.) And now he's working on recruiting
Alice to track down what happened to the real Carrie. And
he sent Eug and Calliope to Rio to help Nick and Steve (boy
do I wish we could see those scenes!) And he's gonna bring
them all back up here to help with the Torres thing (I still
haven't seen this Rafi dude yet, but from what I've heard,
putting him, Nick, Euge and Calliope in a catacomb would be
highly entertaining. I just have a feeling he and Nick
would have some really good one-liners to trade (and throw
Jack in there for good measure.) Besides, from what I've
heard, they're about the same height, so they'd probably
hang out together just to avoid neck cramps).
Ah well, I guess that's it. Except I hope they forget
Bo and leave him in those catacombs. And Roman-lite too.
And SCarrie goes in after them and leaves a trail of bread
crumbs that is eaten by the rats. Yeah.
