B&B: UPDATE: Monday, 11/7/94

Omar's Palace
-------------
Taylor is incredulous that Omar thinks she would give up on Ridge without
speaking to him first and letting him know that she is alive. He insists
that letting Ridge know that fact would only hurt him because he is very
happy with Brooke. Taylor says emphatically that she can't let Ridge go
because she loves him and she needs him. But Omar asks her to consider
the children's happiness since they finally have two loving parents. She
replies she can't bear that responsibility. He questions whether she
loved him enough to do what is best for him or only what he can bring to
Taylor's life.
Recording Studio
----------------
Macy and Thorn rehearse their song and agree that they never thought they
sound this great together. When Thorn sees Macy massaging her throat
after the second take, he massages her shoulders and she groans in
appreciation. She wonders if their success is happening too easily.
Then Macy returns the favor and massage Thorn. Macy says it is
remarkable that the two of them divorced each other and now they are
friends working together. He states that the singing is the best thing
he had in a long time. The sound engineer interrupts them and they
return to work. After singing a high note, Macy coughs and stops the
rehearsal.
Sally's Office
--------------
Conner demands to know from Sally whether or not she has an ulterior
motive for wanting to help Dylan. She denies Conner's claim that she is
using Dylan's case as a vendetta against Stefanie. Sally claims that
Dylan is in serious trouble and he needs some serious help now. If he
doesn't get it, Jessica and he will be scarred for life. Sally demands a
commitment from Conner and he agrees to give it but wants to know if she
is sincere. Dylan comes in and joins the meeting. Conner warns that
they should not let Stefanie find out that Sally is helping Dylan. He
asks Dylan about his current relationship with Jessica.
Thorn's Office
--------------
Jessica comes in and sees Ivana waiting for Thorn to finish the
rehearsal. She informs a surprised Jessica that Thorn and her are
"close." Jessica states that her guardians are out to destroy them, but
Ivana replies that they are worried about her. Furthermore, she suggests
that the Forresters are concerned about Dylan adversely affecting
Jessica's life since she has decide not to attend college. Jessica,
however, dismisses this notion and insists that she will never let a guy
control her life. Ivana asserts that she will be preparing for college
had Dylan not come into her life. Jessica will not let Dylan go because
she cherishes the happiness he has given her.
Omar's Palace
-------------
Omar persuades Taylor that Ridge can't love her because he will always
love Brooke and the children. He insists that she would feel the pain
from sharing Ridge with another woman and her family. But Taylor
declares that at least she will have half of his love but if she gives
him up, she will have nothing. Omar says he will be be there for her and
in time, she will love him again. He tries to bribe her by promising her
that she will entertain heads of states by night and will do important
research by day. Taylor retorts that he is assuming that she couldn't
win back Ridge. When Omar asks if Ridge is capable of abandoning his wife
and children, she replies that he would never abandon his children, but
as for Brooke... Taylor requests that Omar invites the couple again for
dinner and asks the questions she will compose while she watches secretly
for their responses.
Sally's Office
--------------
Conner advises Dylan to maintain a good relationship with Jessica because
she is essential to his defense. While Conner likes to keep Jessica out
of this case, Conner reiterates that Jessica will play a major role in
this case. That is, she can either help his case or damage it. When
Dylan says he doesn't want Jessica to be used as evidence, Conner rebukes
him because he should listen to his attorney.
Thorn's Office
--------------
Ivana is sorry that Jessica is in love and no one has given her any
credibility. While she gives Jessica credibility, Ivana concedes the
Forresters' show of concern and responsibility for her. Jessica tells
her that she is seeing Dylan daily at a secret location.
Omar's Palace
-------------
Omar rejects Taylor's plan of using him to ask Ridge her questions. But
she insists these questions will provide evidence of Ridge's love for
her. Omar replies that she has seen the evidence. Taylor asserts that
the evidence was tainted because he had orchestrated the dinner.
Therefore, she will provide the questions and he must ask them exactly as it
is written. As Omar is walking away, she exclaims that she can't love
him until she finds out Ridge's feelings for her. Taylor believes that
Ridge will reveal that as happy as he is with Brooke, he will leave her
once he knows Taylor is alive. But Omar insists that she will be
disappointed with the results. She again pleads to him to do this if he
really has her best interests at hand. Omar reluctantly agrees to do
this tonight.
