ATWT: SOU Spoilers

There were a couple of pretty good spoilers in the latest
edition of Soap Opera Update (Jan. 11), so if you don't want to know,
don't read on.
But if you DO want to know....
Here they are:
On Jan. 12, Royce meets his twin Samantha (played by Brooke
Alexander) face to face! On Jan. 14 is when she really appears on the
show. (I guess on Jan. 12 there's just a glimpse of her, or
something).
Also, the relationship between ConnedHer and Kirk is going to
heat up, and they are both going to develop their "natural" attraction
to one another. It will become a big love-triangle story with them
and Pal.
Personally, I'm pretty excited about the Royce's-twin storyline. I
think it will add some interesting twists to the show, and also, we
need some new fresh faces on the show with a lot of the old characters
leaving. I was expecting great things of the Amy Wright-Janice
Maxwell face-off, but so far nothing has happened. It's like the
writers just sort of forgot about Amy.
Also, I just KNEW TPTB couldn't bear to just write two
characters as being good friends (Kirk and ConnedHer). Why do they
have to make every potentially good friendship into a budding romance?
I don't WANT to see a love triangle, I want Pal and ConnedHer back
together!

I must have blinked or something, but I don't recall seeing Amy more than the
very first time she was introduced. She's been mentioned a couple of times,
but has she had any air time? If they're getting rid of her, they certainly
didn't give her much of a chance.
