Let me update you on my Soap Opera Digest subscription. I received this week's issue with a deal
for 52 issues for 49.90. So I called the customer service number, and she said that since I bought
it through an agency (one of those telemarketing companies that calls) that she could not touch my
account, but she would forward it to the home office for that to deal with. They are going to
contact me by mail with a deal (better be good!) I told her I was not pleased at all, and thought
that they should have communicated it better with the subscribers, instead of just automatically
reducing my aubscription from 2 years to 1 year. She said that they had had alot of complaints,
and agreed with my reasons for being upset. So if anyone else should have a complaint, call the
customer service hotline at 1-800-829-9095. The email address for soundoff is SODs...@aol.com

Good Luck!

I called the customer hot-line yeaterday to cancel my subscription because
of this weekly issue, and they didn't even ask why I was cancelling.

I'm going to cancel my subscription also. Did anyone get
any warning that their subscription length would be cut???
Also, it is getting too expensive.

It's ridiculous to pay more for SOD than for People Magazine. It is way
shorter and much of it is synopses.
