Who may I ask is Rick Rashid to rate all these accolades. A fan club, a
soap opera that evens includes Micheal Kersey. Have you all gone mad.
Just asking.
Captain.

Okay, hold up, wait up and tell it to me straight up! How'd I get involved in
a Rick Rashid post.

As President of the I Adore Rick Rashid Fan Club (IARRFC) I'd be happy
to explain to both of you.

First to Michael: Check the post "TAN" A Soap Opera for Rick Rashid"
and you'll know why...

To Captain: Rick Rashid is the pseudonym for a person who could be a)an
insider at NBC b) a producer of big-time Broadway plays c) both or d) a
whole lot more. Anyway, for the last while he has offered to RATSM a
wonderful dose of insider information peppered with his usual wit and
flair. When he signed off "permanently" some weeks ago, I among others
pleaded with him to come back. We are still hoping he will. RATSM is
not the same without him. So the fan club began. It's really all in
good fun, but we at RATSM really do love Rick. Obvious, isn't it? ;>

Only answering for myself.

Yes, Captain, I have "gone mad."

Sarah Weinman? I think she told me to look for the TAN: A fan club for Rick
thread. I went to Deja News and looked up the thread, but over there it is
incomplete. Please, tell me how I got involved in this thread. I've made one
AW post in 6 months. It's not like i'm an integral part of AW.

Whoa... I think I missed something big. I've been reading this newsgroup
for a few months now, and I have never seen Rick Rashid post here before.
Where've I been?!
Just to let you all know, he also seems to know a lot about theatre, as
he posts to another newsgroup I read often, rec.arts. theatre.musicals
In particular, he knows an awful lot about the whole ugly "Annie"
situation in which the little girl who was slated to plan Annie got fired.
Leads me to believe he is very involved with the production team.

Just thought I'd throw that in. :)

It's nothing, Michael. But, I'll try to find it here for you on my
HD. It was just a joke. I think RATS Eileen made it. Relax. <G>
