Grant's on the cover of SOD this week, with a headline about Phillip
being back! YIPPEE!
Dana
I hope our collective chains aren't being yanked again......
Call me skeptical.

You mean, the way our collective chains were yanked a few years ago,
when Kreizman and Wheeler were running around insisting that Phillip
was "really dead"?
Didn't believe it then, taking a wait and see attitude on this latest
potential twist.
(Dana: From your subject line, I thought maybe Conboy or Rauch were
coming back. Both are major asses.)
Michael
Or even worse, MADD.
Dana
Well, if Phillip's back, I'll probably be back, too.
Although, I said the same thing about Bill Lewis' return, and I
haven't checked that out yet. I suppose, if TPTB really wants to see
me back watching the show, they'd bring back Roxie.

I skimmed over the story while waiting in line at the grocery. There is
nothing new. He has not agreed to come back. He is still happy
directing. He pointed out that he hasn't ruled out the possibility of
coming back someday, but there are no plans to now. In the mean time,
they are writing a story leading to the possibility.
Seems like we've been through this before.
BB
Well, shit. I'm sorry, both to have been the bearer of false good
tidings, and to have been wrong about this.
Dana
MADD would be my worst nightmare! Rauch would be *second* worst. :) I
still think MADD ought to be serving a prison sentence for what she did
to us. ;)

Not to mention Zas...
There are good things that CBS/P&G has done since the Michael Zaslow
fiasco, I'm sure, but CBS/P&G is forever going to look like asses in my
eyes for that particular debacle, and the folks over at ABC will forever
look like saints in my eyes for giving Zas a chance to show people he
still had what it took to act, even though he couldn't say a word.
