ALL: TAN: Alt Soap Newsgroups

FYI to ALL of RATSa, RATSc, RATSm who might be interested in a
proposal to create 2 alt newsgroups for 2 of NBC's soaps, I draw your
attention to the message info listed below. That thread is currently
cross-posted to only alt.config, where it has presumably been going
awhile, and as of today to RATSm. It can be found one of those places
with only this pointer adding in RATSa and RATSc into the mix.
