I don't know about that, but where IS Birdie anyway. There has been no mention
of her or anything in the last two weeks.

Maybe she is busy rummaging through Jill's leopard thongs?
Didn't she also play Washington's girlfriend in Welcome Back Kotter?

Birdie was once last week - last Monday. Birdie and Katherine found out about
the accident and Katherine went to the hospital to find Mac. Birdie stayed
there. When Mac came back with Katherine, Katherine questioned Mac and started
to get a little angry when she found out that the concert was in Chicago.
Birdie intervened gently, asking Mac how she enjoyed seeing the band.

Yes, can't remember her name but she was "Boom Boom Wasington's"
girlfriend on Welcome Back Kotter starring Gabe Kaplan and John
Travolta.

No, it was not Birdie, but actress Denise Nicolas, who also stared with Carroll
O' Connor in the Heat of the Night.

According to IMDb, Vernee Watson-Johnson played Verna Jean from 1975-1977 on
Welcome Back Kotter.
