Today's show was interesting. Everyone lovey dovey. I have one bone to
pick with today's show. When Ross got the twins out of their cribs in the
morning, and brought them into the master bedroom and plopped them down, I
winced! When my kids were in diapers, I had to hold them at arms length
until I could get their diapers changed. They literally dribbled!
(Actually, two bones to pick!) Who is the person on the show who sneaks
into the bathrooms and bedrooms and lights all those candles before the
couples enter? I have never seen a candle shop in Springfield. It would
seem that it would be a very popular hangout for the locals, just like the
restaurants! :-D (Very tongue-in-cheek)

Actually Heather, this is pretty realistic in my life. My 9 1/2 month
old boy (around the real age of those boys) can hang out for a long time
in the morning in his nighttime diaper. (I always wait for him to do his
deed in the morning before I change it.) Those Huggies overnighters are
good for over 12 hours and worth the extra $$!!

Suzanne

P.S. And no, he doesn't have diaper rash. :)

Heather?
What you said about a stalker sneaking in and doing the mundane tasks of
the day, made me laugh out loud! That was funny! I wish they would sneak
into my house and clean so I could spend more time on the net.
I remember, (in the good old days about the time the last dinosaur on earth
became extinct), my hubby and I didn't have the time nor the inclination to
do the candle bit. Also, when Reba threw her blouse and didn't look where
it landed, I wouldn't have been surprised to see "The Do The Everyday
Tasks Stalker" rush in with a fire extinguisher. Shows you how my mind
works. Sometimes I pay too much attention to details. (I still swear that
in the days of Chris Bruneau, I saw Hope's butt when they were rolling in
the surf), but I have never been able to confirm that.

Did anyone notice the nice hot bath Ross had ready for Blake??
No electricity, right? Right.

In my house when there is no electricity hot water is the only thing we
have. Gas water heater is a wonderful thing. Now to get rid of that
electric stove.

Hi:
I should have mentioned that when my kids were small, there were no such
things as disposable diapers. We had cloth diapers and the more you washed
them the thinner they got. Even two at a time wouldn't work. Now, my kids
slept all night and I wasn't crazy enough to wake them up during the night
to change them, (as my Mom suggested I do). <laughing> I keep telling
everyone that I'm old!

Speaking of realism, gas water heater or not, I think a hot bath with
candles burning all around is the LAST place I'd want to be during a
heat wave induced power outage. Ross and Blake should have been washing
each other with washcloths dripping with cool water. That would have
been more realistic.

>>>What about the electric water pump to fill the tub????????????????

What about the Rich Spauldings having a simple generator for the Manse?
A back up system to kick in is not all that unusual for many places.
Certainly multimillionaires wouldn't be inconvenienced by a simple power
failure, would they? Annie should be complaining!
