B&B: So who shot Bill Spencer?

Everybody in Los Angeles hates Bill. And there are a whole slew of
people with a motive who could have shot him. The only one who
definitely didn't do it as we know is Katie.
The suspects with motives as far as I can tell are:
- Ridge
- Pam (and she's homicidal when off her meds)
- Liam
- Wyatt
- Quinn
- Sally
- Jarrett
- Justin
And then there's Sheila Carter. Ridge told her flippantly that if she
wanted to do something for the Forrester family, kill Bill Spencer.
I think she's probably my #1 suspect. Unless B&B is going to go off
the rails and bring in someone new we don't know who had a grudge
against Bill.
What I would bet my last dollar on, though, is that B&B will milk it
for all it's worth; drag this storyline on and on and on and on and on
and on and on and on and on until we just don't care any more and then
it will just fizzle out like a wet firecracker. It never fails.
I guess I'm pretty cynical -- but I've learned to be from years of
watching B&B and Y&R.

I'm going for either Pam or Sheila as the shooter. And I agree. I think they will drag it out until we are sick of it and could care less who did it. But whoever did it will walk. No jail time. Wait and see.
I think this will make Steffy realize she loves him and put them together.
Also, he accused Katie and Wyatt of being twisted. Wyatt and Will being brothers and all that. But yet he's ok with marrying Steffy and him grandpa to her baby. Funny how he doesn't see the "twisted" in that scenario! Lol.
B&B either needs new writers or to add a new selection of characters to add to these perverted twists of theirs. These familial relationships are getting old!

Why would Hope need Bill alive though? I'm thinking maybe old Sally Spectra
for what Bill pulled on her niece since she has been in contact with them,
maybe even Sally's son since Bill screwed him out of a lot of money. Thomas
is also on my list since he does have a history of rage.

I'm changing my guess from Pam or Sheila to Justin! After seeing his condescending attitude about sitting at Bills desk, I'm thinking he used the fact that everyone had it out for Bill, to shoot him hoping the finger would point at one of the others! He sure was slap happy to be in charge, plus never went to the hospital to check on Bill. And that his best friend! Hmmmm....

We do know that Justin has no compunction about trying to kill
someone. Isn't he the one who was flying the helicopter that
intentionally dumped Ridge out?

Hunter Tylo Returns to THE BOLD & THE BEAUTIFUL as Taylor!

Fans were absolutely stunned when THE BOLD & THE BEAUTIFUL pulled off an all-too-rare surprise casting move, bringing back Hunter Tylo as the popular character Taylor Hayes! But newer fans may not be fully aware of the rich history that this woman has had with the Forresters, Logans, and Spencers. Well, that's where we come in!
Taylor Hayes was introduced to B&B back in June of 1990 when Hunter Tylo joined the cast of the soap. She played the role until 2002 when the character was killed off. After a brief return as a ghost, Taylor reprised the role permanently in 2004 (in a shocking return from the dead the soap went out of their way to keep secret), making her last appearances in 2014.

A renowned psychiatrist, Taylor counseled Ridge and Caroline as they dealt with her leukemia diagnosis. After Caroline’s death, Ridge was drawn to Taylor, who was seeing Storm. The shrink turned down Storm’s proposal and began dating Ridge, eventually marrying him in 1992 despite Brooke’s best attempts to split them up. A year later, while trapped in a cabin during an avalanche, Taylor slept with James so he wouldn’t die a virgin. Taylor was then presumed dead in a plane crash and Ridge went on to remarry Brooke.
In a bizarre twist, Taylor survived the crash but suffered from amnesia. She was rescued by Prince Omar Rashid and made his wife in Morocco. Taylor managed to escape and returned to California where she posed as a British nurse caring for a temporarily blinded Ridge before finally revealing herself.
But Ridge and Taylor’s marriage soon fell apart and he returned to Brooke. So when she discovered she was pregnant, Taylor let Thorne claim paternity instead. But after Thomas’ birth, Ridge learned the truth and they remarried. The following year, Taylor gave birth to their twins, Steffy and Phoebe. Tragically, in 2002, Taylor tried to save Eric from Sheila only to be shot by the psycho! She survived emergency surgery but ultimately died in Ridge’s arms.

Despite appearing to her loved ones as a ghost, Taylor showed up in the flesh at Bridget and Nick’s wedding and revealed that she had been abducted by Prince Omar again and kept alive in a coma until she had fully recovered. Ridge found himself torn between the women in his life, but Stephanie faked a heart attack and begged him to choose Taylor over Brooke. However, after Taylor kissed Hector and confessed to her long-ago infidelity with James, Ridge dumped her.
Taylor began drinking heavily and while driving to pick up Phoebe on the Pacific Coast Highway, accidentally struck and killed Thorne’s wife, Darla! After an ill-fated relationship with Thorne, Taylor fell in love with Nick, and they conceived a child, Jack, through in vitro fertilization. Unfortunately, Taylor was crushed to learn that a mix up at the lab caused Brooke’s eggs to be used meaning that the boy was biologically her rival’s!
After an affair with Rick, Taylor divorced Nick and then ended up marrying Whip. She also bought 25% of Forrester Creations and signed those shares over to her daughter, Steffy. Whip dumped Taylor when he realized she was still in love with Ridge, and the shrink flitted between Ridge, Thorne, and briefly Eric. At Brooke’s birthday, Taylor revealed that her rival had cheated on Ridge with Bill Spencer, and then abruptly left town. In 2014, it was revealed that Taylor had reunited with Thorne and was living with him in Paris. After a brief return to Los Angeles, the couple returned to France where they ultimately broke up.
With Steffy in dire need of parental guidance, it seemed the perfect time for Taylor to return to support her daughter during her hour of need. But in a shocking twist, Taylor revealed that she had actually returned to Los Angeles for a visit a little while ago — on the night that Bill was shot! Distraught over how Bill had destroyed her daughter's life, Taylor took revenge by putting a bullet in his back! Stay tuned to see what happens next!

So what did ever happen to the baby Jack btw?? I know Brooke had agreed to let Taylor raise him but where is he now? Another baby bit the dust in lala land til they need a reprisal?

Taylor wanted nothing to do with him once she found out he was Brooke's genetically. It didn't matter that she had carried him or that he was Nick's. She was turning so psychotic that she was seeing Brooke's face on the baby's body in the crib. Baby Jack sailed off into the sunset with Nick. He should be showing up as a 20-something one of these days.

Yep. And when he does, he'll no doubt be dating Hope or Steffy before
he finds out that they're siblings.

Hope is his biological sister because they both came from Brooke's
eggs.
Steffy is his sister because Taylor carried and gave birth to both,
and Steffy is also his genetic cousin on the other side: Ridge and
"Baby Jack's" father Jack are brothers, both Massimo Maroni's sons.
Which, on B&B, probably means that Baby Jack and Steffy are destined
to fall in love, lol.
