Ally is teaching an aerobics class. One of the students comes up and says she
lost a pound and a half. Ally congratulates her and she says if she'd stop
celebrating with cocolate brownies...well, she promises, on Jane Fonda, no
celebrating today! Alex comes in and says he's here on unfinished business. The
owner (Elizabeth), meanwhile, comes over and fires Danny.

At the agency, Joselyn reads the contract and tells Tess that Clay will not be
the silent partner she thinks he would be, this will be his way of getting her
out and taking over if he doesn't like the shade of her lipstick. Meanwhile,
Bree and Frankie are on the phone. She's not coming in today, she says it was
too much wedding. Frankie offers to come over and baby her, but she declines.
When she's off the phone, she looksat her drunked mother passed out on the
couch. Back at the agency, Jacob comes in and Frankie says that if he meant what
he said at the wedding, they could continue to be friends. Jacob tells Frankie
that he was just out of the town limits and he picked up a hitchhiker...he says
it was Jesse. Frankie is in shock.

Tess asks for her advice. Don't sign this, Joselyn says. That's not an option,
Tess says. Then flush all her money down the toilet, Joselyn says. Can't she
find a loophole or something? Tess suggests. What does this guy have on her? Did
she shoot someone? Yeah, Tess sighs, herself...in the foot. Out in the lobby,
Jacob asks if Frankie believes in out-of-body experiences. It's a load of crap,
Frankie says. He tells Jacob that if he sees Jessie again, to tell him that he's
really pissed that he missed his graduation. Jacob says that this is freaking
him out. Maybe he's in Corinth for another reason. Why? Frankie asks. This could
be something, maybe Jessie wants him to keep an eye on Angie. Frankie says maybe
he did see what he said, but he's just gonna thank him. For what? He got into
NYU...He applied? Jacob asks. Yes, and he's in. Frankie asks if he told his
mother about the "incident". No, Jacob says,a nd he's not going to. Good,
Frankie says. Tess comes out and asks why he didn't leave.

Bree rouses his mother and tells her that she has to cut down on her drinking,
or she'll get sick again. She didn't have a lot to drink. It was almost full,
Bree says. Bree's mother said she worked 16 hours cause someone called in sick,
she's so tired of changing beds. Then she didn't need this to sleep, Bree says.
She was too tired for sleep. How was the wedding? Her mother asks. It was okay,
Bree says. Her's will be better, her mother says. She talks about her dream for
Bree's wedding, lots of flowers, one for every dime she's earned. They sit
together on the couch and just imagine.

Elizabeth says they're over budget and she has to cut the staff. Danny comes
over and yells at Ally for her way of handling the truce. WHAT TRUCE?! Alex
says. Danny says that Ally visits him, he visits her. Alex says no...he's
suppose to stay AWAY from her! Danny tells him that he's brave when he has a
gun. Alex tells him to name a date, they'll go at it one on one. Alex tells
Danny that there is a restraining order on him and, Alex says, looking at Ally,
he's violating it. Alex gives him 5 minutes to pack up his stuff and get out.
Danny leaves. Alex turns to Ally and tells her he wants to know what's going on
here.

Is he bothering you? Alex says. No. What is this truce? Ally says she stopped by
his place a couple of days ago. Why? Alex asks. She wanted to close some things
off, Ally says. What was she thinking about? She just wanted to handle this by
herself. Ally, please, promise him that she won't see him again. She can't
promise that, Steffi says, she has to do what she has to do. She can take care
of this, Alex says, she can't take care of anything! She has to go teach her
next class. Alex's beeper goes off. He tells her not to move. Ally sees Danny
leave. She goes to talk to him. She tells him that she's sorry. She'll talk to
Elizabeth. He's right, she says, they'll never be friends, and she'll never
forgive him, but he got the job honestly. He says this is a set up, right? He
knows - they talk, Alex arrests him for violating the restraining order. No,
he's not goann play...he says goodbye and leaves. Only for now, Alex says...only
for now.

Jacob laughs and tells Tess it's a story. Jocelyn leaves. Frankie asks for time
off to check on Bree. Tess tells him to clean out the supply cabinet, and to
tell her that if she takes any more time off, she won't get paid. Frankie says
he'll pass on the encouraging news. He leaves. Tess tells Jacob welcome back.
Tess says she missed her friend. Jacob says she looks terrible. It's Stacey's
fault, but she'll get hers. Jacob says this seeking revenge will take her there,
but forget it...been there, not worth it.

Bree is cooking dinner. Her mother says she is not hungry. She has to eat, Bree
says. When did she become the momma? When she became the baby Bree says, boozing
it up. She doesn't booze it up, she just has some now and then. Now, then and
all the time, Bree sighs. She needs to stop drinking, Bree says. She is a tough
momma, her mother says. It's called tough love, Bree says. There's a knock on
the door. It's Frankie. Bree tries to get her not to open it. Bree's mother
opens the door. Frankie is looking for Bree, is she the roommate? Yes, and part
time mother, her mother says.

Jacob goes back to his room, and wonders what Jessie is up to.

Alex goes to the Rodeo Bar. He orders a cheeseburger. Blu, Swiss, or Cheadar?
Yes, Alex says. Okay, Buck says, all three. Joselyn says for the price of three
cheeseburgers, he can get a steak. Alex is not happy to see her.

At the agency, Tess is on the phone with Clay, and on the computer. Tess tells
Clay that she is typing up Tony's last check now, what more does he want? She
tells him her lawyer is looking it over. She says that she'll get back to him
when she signs it. Danny comes in. Tess hangs up. She tells him they have qa
receptionist to announce people. Danny says that no one is out there, so he's
announcing himslef. He's looking for his little sister, Joselyn. Is he in law,
too? Sorta, Danny says. Well, what does he do for a living? He's between
engagements now, he says. She asks if they've met before. No, he would remember
meeting her. She tells him to take his shirt off. What? Take your shirt off. He
does. Then he tells her it's her turn. She gets up from behind the desk and says
he couldn't handle it. He'd like to die trying. She looks him over and says he's
never modeled, has he? No, does it pay cash? Danny asks. More than he's making
now. Does he want to do it? Danny looks at her suggestively. Modeling, that is,
Tess says. Sure. Now? Sure.

Ally, reading from Casey's journel tells Casey that Danny will get what he
deserves. She will finish what he started.
