AMC: "Pine Valley voted Best Town In America"??!! Hayley return spoilers

Hayley returns because she's a documentary film maker now out in
California and returns to PV because the town was voted "Best Town In
America" (???!!!). Kelly Ripa revealed the spoiler today on 'Live With
Regis & Kelly' (01/04/2010).

Oh, come on, there's nothing terribly implausible about that. Wave was
always supposed to be kind of a lifestyle/human interest show, so why
_wouldn't_ they highlight a town voted "Town of the Year" by some prominent
magazine? Or do you mean it's implausible that PV was voted Town of the
Year? I don't find that too hard to believe. After all, Pine Valley is the
town that has EVERYTHING, literally: mountains, oceans, beach, casinos,
international airport, Fortune 500 corporations, Green Speedo Man, Father
Clarence, world renowned (fill in the specialist)s, celebrities,
millionaires, and...of course...Erica Kane.

Yeah, I guess "Best" is like Time magazine "Person Of The Year". It's
not necessarily an honour... just note-worthy.

And just in case you missed it, here's Green Speedo Man from the July 4,
2000 episode of AMC: http://www.robinc.org/Images/sman.jpg. It's a
small pic, but at least it's SOMETHING. That was one of the most
entertaining episodes EVER (in the background) with all the beautiful
people in skimpy bathing suits at a WAVE beach party doing things that
people at beach parties are purported to do. GSM STOLE the show,
however, including walking in FRONT of the main characters with his neon
green Speedo encased package all up in the camera lens.
