ANDERSON, Ruby
Ex-madam; now legit. Owns Kelly's Cafe on the waterfront. Aunt of Bobbie
Jones and Luke Spencer. Has a pathological need to force weak coffee and
saturated fat on hapless citizens of Port Chuckles. In Jul 94, a
smitten Ruby named a tongue sandwich ("Bite Me, Alex") after Alex Garcia,
premier hunk-ola of the PCPD. Better watch out, Amigo!

ASHTON, Edward (Ned) [Nedling][Nedmeister][The Nedster]
Son of Tracy Quartermaine and Lord Larry Ashton, he posed as a tennis pro
at a fat farm and had a brief fling (behind some bales of hay!) with Aunt
Monica before he appeared on the Port Chuck scene. Had a disastrous engage-
ment and brief (count the femto-seconds) marriage to Monica's daughter, Dawn.
Dawn left Ned at the wedding reception, ran away with a dirtbag named Decker,
and was killed by a ponytailed no-talent singer named Edge. Later on, Ned
married Jenny Eckert. Less than a year later, he filed for divorce because
Jenny had lied to him about being a virgin; Ned had divorce papers served on
Jenny on Xmas eve [nice gift, buddy!]. Ned owns and runs the Port Charles
Hotel in addition to being CEO of ELQ, Inc. He also leads a double life as
a big-guy businessman on weekdays and at a rock n'roller on weekends
named "Eddie Maine" who sings with the group, The Idle Rich. He married
Lois Cerullo, the manager of the band, in June 94.
**Nov 96 -- Ned learned from Brenda that Lois gave birth to a baby girl.

ASHTON, Lois Marie Cerullo
"Ned's MY weasel and I love him!" -- Lois Cerullo Ashton
Daughter of Gloria and Carmine Cerullo of Bensonhurst. Gum-popping,
long-fingernailed manager of the rock band, The Idle Rich. Lois and Eddie
Maine (aka Ned Ashton) fell in love with each other quickly...mucho
chemistry! Lois is a down-to-earth girl who plans to be a mover and shaker
in the music world some day. She had no idea that "Eddie" was a rich,
powerful Quartermaine! She and "Eddie" got hitched in June 94. She and
Brenda created L&B Records with financing from Sonny Corinthos; he knew Lois
from the old neighborhood (Bensonhurst in Brooklyn). Lois and Ned decided
to get married in the church, a big family celebration. They got remarried
on June 2, 1995.

BARRETT, Brenda
Young, half-sister of Julia Barrett (same dad, different moms) now living
in London. Brenda, a willful, spoiled rich girl, is the model for Deception
Perfume. She's also a partner in L&B Records with Lois Cerullo Ashton and
Sonny Corinthos. Brenda attends PC University once in a while. She used to
live with the Quartermaines but in Dec 94 convinced Sonny Corinthos that
they should live together. Turned 21 in April 95.
**Nov 96 - Just before Brenda and Jax were to be re-married in front of their
friends and family, Sonny broke up the celebration by producing Miranda,
Jax's first wife whom he believed had died in a mine explosion. Turns out
that Jax's parents and brother kept Miranda's survival a secret because she
was horribly disfigured [strange logic, no?] and they wanted Jax to get on
with his life and not be "burdened" by Miranda. Over the years, the Jacks
family paid for a series of corrective surgeries for Miranda. She didn't
realize Jax had remarried.

BELL, Katy [FauxKatherine, KatyBell]
First appeared in Sept 93 claiming to be a long-lost childhood buddy of
Dead Dominique Baldwin. Scott was intrigued with her; Lucy hated her guts.
In reality, Katherine and Damian Smith arrived in PC as a team; their goal
was to bilk Scott of half of Dom's money. Katherine is the illegitimate
daughter of Pa Stanton (Dom's dad) and she felt she was entitled to half his
estate. Eventually Katherine's evil plans were exposed by Lucy and Scott
quickly dumped Kath. With Damian's help Katherine got a job at the PC
Hotel as PR gal. She stole evidence that implicated Alan Q in the death of
Ray Conway and used it to manipulate the Q's into forcing Ned Ashton to
marry her. Ned did an end-run, however, and quickly married Lois Cerullo a
couple of weeks before he married Katherine. Sure, he was a bigamist but
it kept Katy's hands off the Q loot and enabled Ned to marry the woman he
really loved. After the bigamy was exposed and Ned told everyone,
especially Kate, to go to hell. Reginald, the Q butler, poisoned Katherine
with some medicine-spiked mini-quiches; Katherine did a header down the Q
steps and cracked her skull. After a short stint in GH, she awakened from
her coma and fell into the manly arms of Damian Smith, her one true love and
partner-in-slime. The two of them have sworn revenge on the Quartermaine
and the Spencer families.
**Nov 96 -- Katherine was dismayed that Miranda showed up in Port Charles.
Miranda, it turns out, is an old pal of Mac's and the two of them shared
many adventures in the past. Katherine managed to meet Nikolas Cassadine.
Can an introduction to Unkie Stef be far behind??

BOWEN, Emily
June 95 -- Emily's mother, Paige, died at the beginning of the month. Monica
and Alan agreed to adopt Emily into the Quartermaine family. Paige left a
handwritten will to that effect, also. Emily was given Annabelle's puppy,
Raoul, as her own pet.
**Nov 96 -- Emily overheard Monica confessing her affair with Dorman. She
fled to the docks to think abut her topsy-turvy life with the Quartermaines
and met up with a classmate who handed her a bag of marijuana.

CASSADINE FAMILY (from several RATSA-GH sources)
The Ice Princess story was Luke and Laura's second great adventure. Several
new characters were brought in: WSB agent, Robert Scorpio; Tiffany Hill;
The Cassadine Brothers: Tony, Victor, and Mikkos; and Edward's niece,
Alexandria Quartermaine. The Ice Princess was a large uncut diamond mounted
on a base that held a formula that Mikkos used to alter the weather. The
Cassadine brothers; with their partner, Alexandria Quartermaine, and
Victor's mistress (Tiffany Hill) sailed from Port Charles headed for their
privet tropical Island. Luke, Laura, and Robert Scorpio stowed away on the
Cassadine yacht, the Haunted Star. On the Island, the Cassadine party
stayed in an underground bunker while the stowaways stayed up top. Mikkos
threatened to freeze the world's major cites, starting with Port Charles,
if the entire world was not surrendered to him. Tiffany Hill, appalled by
Mikkos' plan, helped Robert and Luke stop the Cassadines. Mikkos, Tony,
and Alexandria where killed when our heroes turned the weather ray on them.
Victor went to jail. Tiffany was cleared and took up with Robert. Laura
divorced Scott and married Luke. Helena Cassadine (played Elizabeth Taylor)
attended L&L's wedding and put a curse on the newlyweds. Laura disappeared
in the fog one night and was reported dead. After being gone for two years,
she returned. When she returned we found out that Laura had been kidnapped
and forced to marry Stavros Cassadine. Stavros was killed at Luke's house
shortly after Laura came back to him.

CASSADINE, Mikkos: Family patriarch. Had two brothers (Tony and Victor).
Mikkos had two children (Stavros and Stefan). Mikkos and his brothers,
Tony and Victor, tried to freeze the world. He was killed by Luke
during the Ice Princess storyline.

CASSADINE, Stavros: Kidnapped Laura (whom he called Lasha) and tricked
her into marrying him. After she escaped and fled back to Port Charles,
Stavros followed her. He tied Luke to a bed post and tried to rape Laura.
Luke freed himself and hit Stavros over the head with the bed post; they
fought and Stavros fell down a flight of stairs. Later on, he died at the
hospital, still vowing his revenge on Luke and Laura.

CASSADINE, Tony: The nicest of the brothers, he fell in love with
Alexandria Quartermaine (Edward's niece). Tony tried to stop the other
Cassadines from freezing the world. He and Alexandra murdered by Mikkos.

CASSADINE, Victor: Still in jail from the Ice Princess storyline.

CASSADINE, Helena
Mikkos' wife; mother of Stavros and Stefan. She cursed Luke and Laura at
their wedding. In August 96 Helena, who is bedridden, taunted
Luke when he went to Greece in search of Helena's youngest son, Stefan.

CASSADINE, Nikolas
Laura's son by Stavros Cassadine. Nik and Stefan live on Spoon Island.
**Nov 96 -- Nik is still upset at Luke, who tried to get him into trouble
by planting drugs on him. Unkie Stef counseled the kid to step back from
his anger at Luke and instead of being mired in it, use the energy of
the anger to focus his "power"...sounds like Unkie Stef has spent some
time in California!

CASSADINE, Stefan
Youngest son of Mikkos and Helena, brother of the dead Stavros; uncle of
Nikolas. Recently returned to Spoon Island in Port Chuck.
**Nov 96 -- Stefan witnessed a "breakup fight" between Luke and Laura (they
staged it for his benefit); now he believes they've split up.
He followed Bobbie to the Dominican Republic where she had gone to get a
quickie divorce from Tony. He was there to "comfort" her afterwards and
allowed Bobbie to seduce him [gack!].

COE-JONES-QUARTERMAINE, Lucy "Nobody's perfect." -- Lucy Coe
Ex-Party-Girl of Port Charles. Married Docs Tony and Alan . Had flings with
with Bobbie's ex and Tom Hardy. Used to keep Scotty Baldwin on the string.
Maneuvered Alan Quartermaine into marrying her; then divorced him and got
10.5% ELQ stock as settlement. Lucy was the one who developed "Deception"
perfume but sold her shares to Scott. Hung up on Scott for a long time.
Lucy became friends with Dom before she died, and carried Dom's implanted
egg to term, producing a beautiful girl baby named Serena. Scott left
town with Serena. Dom left Lucy 10% of the Deception Perfume Co. Lucy and
Kevin Collins (brother to psychopath Ryan Chamberlain) fell in love.
They are a most unlikely couple and at least a couple of females (namely
Bobbie and Felicia) are resentful that the lovely Lucy managed to snag the
equally lovely Kevin. Lucy is also mother to Sigmund the Duck, who she
believes is the reincarnation of dead mobster Victor Jerome who choked on
a diamond brooch he snatched back from Lucy when he realized she wouldn't
sleep with him.

COLLINS, Kevin (Kevin to Mac: "Does this [dress] make my butt look big ??")
Dec 93 -- First appearance. Urbane, sophisticated identical twin brother of
psychopath-pediatrician-stalker Ryan Chamberlain. Kevin and Ryan were
separated at age 4. Kevin went with Pop to Europe and lost touch with Ryan
and Mom. Kevin is a psychiatrist came to Port Charles to study his brother.
Because they're genetically identical, he wanted to explore the old "nature
vs. nurture" argument of what makes people into criminals. Mac loathed Kevin
on sight; Felicia accepted Kevin as a friend. Kevin joined the psychiatric
staff of GH. It was apparent that he had the "warms" for Felicia, but she
quickly put the squash on that and now they're "buddies"; Kevin and Mac
eventually established a peaceful coexistence. In December 94 Kevin and Lucy
fell in love. He asked her to move in w/him in Feb 95 but she resisted so
bold a move.
**Nov 96 -- Looks like Dara and Alexis will work out an agreement to have
Kevin do community service and receive psychiatric help in lieu of hard
prison time.

CORBIN, Mike
Jan 95 -- appeared at the door of Luke's blues club looking for work. Stole
some dishes etc., and sold them to Luke for the club. Luke was distrustful
of Mike but used him to get cheap stuff. Luke hired Mike as maitre 'd.
Turns out that Mike is Sonny's "real" father, a grifter and petty thief.
Turned out that Mike is Sonny's "real" father, absent for many years.
Luke told Sonny it was his call to fire Mike or not. Sonny let him stay
but treated him like dung.

CORINTHOS, Sonny [Michael J. Corinthos, Jr.]
Owner of the sleazy Paradise Lounge strip club. Sold his soul to mobster
Frank Smith, whose lawyer represented Sonny in a lawsuit. Sonny and Luke
teamed up against mobster-Garfield's goons as a turf war escalated in PC.
Frank Smith ordered Sonny to keep an eye on his baby boy, Damian, then
Frank fled the country and the mob fell apart, at least in Port Chuckles.
Sonny, who wanted to turn legit, invested "clean" money in L&B Records and
became the controlling investor. After the death of mob boss Frank Smith,
Sonny teamed up with Damian, on the sly, to run the mob for him. Damian
gets to appear clean while Sonny does the actual dirty work (and also gets
a cut of the mob profits). Sonny is a partner in Luke's blues club (the
former Paradise Lounge), but Luke isn't wise to the Damian-Sonny partnership
and would go ballistic if he knew Sonny was still in "the life".
**Nov 96 -- Sonny went to Australia to see if he could find some dirt on
the Jacks family - specifically Jasper/Jax. He told everybody he was doing
it in order to kick Jax off the ELQ board but we really know what his
motives are; to split up Brenda and Jax so he can scoop up BrainDead for
himself.

DAVIS, Alexis
Sep 96 - New character. High-powered attorney hired by Lucy Coe to defend
Kevin. Oddly enough, Ms Davis simply appeared at the jail and offered her
services to Lucy, who gratefully accepted.
According to spoilers, Alexis is a Cassadine and Stephan arranged for her
to come to Port Chuck for Kevin.

DORMAN, Dr Pierce
May 96 -- Very conservative member of the medical staff at GH. Widely
believed to be Monica's current "Secret Admirer"! Dorman is disliked
by Tom Hardy and Tony Jones for his medical opinions of terminally ill
patients (like withholding special care from AIDS patients because they
are doomed).
**Nov 96 -- Dorman is suing Monica for sexual harrassment. He clams that she
pursued him, had sex with him, dropped him, and now she is using her
influence with Alan, as chief of staff, to bar Dorman from being re-hired
at GH.

FAISON, Cesare
Incredible bad guy. Former head of the DVX (international evil-spy group)
and partner in an international crime organization. Obsessed with Anna
Scorpio, who used to be a bad girl and worked for Faison long ago. Faison
loathed and disdained Robert Scorpio beyond belief and often made fun of
his hair [understandable]. He kidnapped Anna and Robert went after them.
Anna, Robert, and Faison were all presumed dead in a boat explosion.
However, in June 93 the demented Dane emerged on the soap opera Loving as
the same evil Faison character. Come back! We need you!

HARDY, Audrey
Head of nursing at General Hospital. Married to Doc Steve. Mother of Tom
Hardy, a doctor currently working in Somalia. Some background on Audrey and
her son: Tom Hardy is really the son of Audrey and Tom Baldwin (whom she had
been married to, divorced from, and was raped by). Steve Hardy adopted Tom
after Tom Baldwin died. Tom Baldwin and Lee Baldwin were brothers, therefore
Tom Hardy and Scott are first cousins.

HARDY, Simone
Simone is a black pediatrician, married to Tom Hardy and mother of their
child, Tom Hardy, Jr. She's the daughter-in-law of Audrey and Steve.
She also volunteers at the Bradley Ward House. Simone has some bucks in
her own right, from a trust fund.

HARDY, Tom
June 95 -- Tom returned from Africa with the intention of staying in Port
Charles and becoming daddy and husband again. He and Simone started to duke
it out when he haughtily assumed he could waltz back into her and Tommy's
life. [This "new" Tom Hardy is more interesting than the old one. He is
arrogant, sarcastic, elitist and self-absorbed. A good guy to dislike.]
Later in the month, Justus called Tom and asked him out for a drink to
"clear the air" about Simone, etc. It was NOT an amiable meeting. Tom
told Justus that he (Tom) wasn't the only one who had had an extramarital
fling! He said that Simone had "stepped out" three times during their
marriage. To his credit, Justus didn't bat an eyelash. During the month,
Tom went out of his way to insult and alienate most everybody he talked to.
He insulted Kevin, Lucy, and Luke all in one evening! Also, he was put out
that Steve couldn't guarantee him the job as Head of Shrinks at GH; Steve
had already offered the job to Kevin. He also tried to drive a wedge
between Justus and Simone when he ratted to Justus about Simone's past
indiscretions. He said that Simone cheated on him twice, both with black
guys, but she always came home to his loaf of white bread.
**Nov 96 -- Tom and Stefan had a tete-a-tete about Stefan being in Steve's
office, among other things. Tom found himself mismatched by Stef, who
brought up Tom's traumatic time in Africa. The result: Tom finally took
off those stupid bracelets and junk he was wearing.
Tom stumbled across a diskette labeled "Timoria Grant" while going through
Steve's stuff, but he didn't realize its importance.

JACKS, Jasper [Jax] and Jerome [Jerry] - brothers
Jan 96 - Lois found out about the Jacks brothers from Mac, who once worked
for them. She contacted Jasper (who likes to be called simply "Jax") and
asked for his help in stealing the Japanese deal away from Edward. Jax
appeared to be immediately smitten with Lois and flirted with her
relentlessly.
**Oct 96 -- At an ELQ meeting Jax backed down and admitted his takeover
attempt had failed; he even voted to reinstall Ned as CEO.
Later on he tangled (physically) with the teensy terror of Tinytown and
after Sonny left Jax told Brenda he'd never liked the mini mobster and
thought he was nothing but a cheap hood. In a phone call to Pa Jacks,
Dad said he was glad that Jax had "moved on" from an apparently-painful
previous liaison. Jax wanted to tell Brenda about his past but Dad Jacks
warned him to keep his mouth zipped.
**Nov 96 -- Jax and Brenda had a pre-wedding honeymoon in New Orleans. A
fortune teller warned them that someone didn't want to see them together.
After Miranda showed up Jax was devastated that his family (and Miranda)
had deceived him all these years.

JENNINGS, Reginald
Jennings' nephew (Reginald) took his uncle's place after Unc won lots of
money and retired to Spain. In 1994, Reggie was so upset with Katherine
(during her brief marriage to Ned) that after Kate slapped Annabelle for
chewing up a shoe, Reggie poisoned her with some mini-quiches. Later on,
a nervous Reggie confessed his crime to the Quartermaines who promptly
took the vow of "omerta" to keep his secret from the PCPD.

JENSEN, Dara
First appeared March 1996. Attractive black woman, assistant district
attorney. Is attracted to Justus Ward.
**Oct 96 -- After Felicia told Data she would NOT press charges against Tony
and would appear as a hostile/forgetful witness, Dara decided to try and
make a deal with Alexis to have Kevin perform community service and get
psychiatric counseling instead of jail time.

JONES, Anthony [Doc Tony][Tone Loc][Big Tone]
Top neurosurgeon at GH. Brother of the departed no-talent Frisco Jones.
Widower of Tanya and father of the late Barbara-Jean. Stepfather to Lucas
Spencer. Briefly married to Lucy after Tanya's death; now married to Bobbie
Spencer Jones but after B.J.'s death and Bobbie's affair with Damian, their
marriage fell apart. Slowly he and Bobbie have been reconciling.
**Nov 96 -- Tony apologized to Bobbie for not being there for her when Luke
told her of Caroline's death. Bobbie misinterpreted his apology as a plea
to reconcile. He squashed her again when he said he wasn't ready to come
home yet. He got angry at Bobbie when she flew to the Dominican Republic
and obtained a quickie divorce from him. They had a few public arguments
at GH.

JONES, Barbara-Jean (Bobbie) [The Bulwark] "Can Bobbie help it if men make
her feel drowsy?" John Bolton http://www.inforamp.net/~jbolton/
Alarmingly large-breasted emergency room nurse at GH. Married to Tony and
stepmother to the now-dead B.J. Also stepmother of Lucas Spencer. Bobbie
is baby-obsessed but cannot have children because she had a miscarriage
which resulted in an emergency hysterectomy...also not allowed to become
pregnant by ABC because her character is an ex-hooker and must be punished
forever. Had a fling with Scott Baldwin between husbands. Was married to
a gorilla named D.L. Brock (remember him, Rhoda's husband?) for a while
until he was killed; also married to lawyer Jake Meyer, who deserted her to
do good deeds for poor people in South America (the schmuck!). she almost
ruined her marriage to Tony by seeking the mattress of "dangerous" Damian
Smith.
**Nov 96 -- Bobbie thought Tony wanted to reconcile but was hurt again when
he told her he wasn't ready to come home just yet. She found sympathy
with a very understanding Stefan. Bobbie found a song on cassette that
Tony had written for Carly. After she listened to it, she realized that
Tony really loves Carly. Bobbie flew to the Dominican Republic and got a
quickie divorce. Stefan followed her and Bobbie "seduced" him in the DR
[was the ink even dry on that divorce paper?]. Back in Port Chuck, an
angry Tony hacked away at her for not letting him know what she was
planning.

JONES, Felicia
Divorced from superbore pop-singer Frisco Jones; mother of baby Maxie
(nicknamed Baby MegaDeth). Used to be the prettiest girl on GH, but usurped
by Dead Dawn and Dead Dominique. Briefly married to Lucy's cousin Colton
Shore [who uttered the deathless line: "I AM COLTON SHORE OF THE UNITED
STATES MARINE CORPS!"]. In May of 92, Felicia returned to Port Chuck, was
promptly bonked on the head and got amnesia. She was in the looney bin for
attempting to murder Maxie's pediatrician, who was stalking her (oh, she
got her memory back). Mac busted her out of the bin and the two of hit the
road, eventually clearing up her good name. Her job is co-owner and
bartender at the Outback. Got engaged to the hunk of lunchmeat, Mac, but
he broke it off after Frisco returned to town during the crisis over
Maxie's heart. Still doing the private investigator stuff and is co-owner
of the Outback Club with Mac. Was impregnated by old one-shot Wagner
before he left town; she plans to raise baby Georgie by herself.

JONES, Maximiliana Mariah [Maxed-Out, Maxi-Pad, Baby MegaDeth]
Giant child belonging to Felicia and her ex-husband failed super-spy no-
talented-pop-singer and wannabe-pro-golfer Frisco Jones.

QUARTERMAINE, Alan
Son of Edward and Lila, brother of Tracy. Assistant Chief of Staff at GH.
Married to Monica, father of A.J. and Jason Quartermaine (the now-dead Susan
Moore was Jason's mother). Alan is on the board of directors of ELQ Co., but
not actively involved in the business; owns stock in ELQ. He is devoted to
wife Monica, parents Edward and Lila, his family and his job.

QUARTERMAINE, Alan Jr. (A.J.), [All-Jerk] [The Walking Hormone]
Former bad-boy/loser about town. Returned to Port Charles from boarding
school to attend Port Charles University. In trouble with police for alcohol
and gambling. Spent time in alcohol rehab and is recovering. Suddenly went
from Business 101 at Port Charles University to owning half-interest (with
Edward) in the Port Charles Hotel; Uncle Neddie owned the other half and
eventually aced the smarmy AJ out of the hotel during the blackmail-by-Kate
fiasco. AJ is battling the booze and fell off the wagon badly after he
drove (drunk) and the resulting car accident injured his brother, Jason.

QUARTERMAINE, Edward "and this new-age clap-trap is supposed to keep me calm?"
Patriarch of the Quartermaine clan. Married to Lila. Edward and Lila have
two living children: Alan and Tracy. A niece, Alexandria, died during the
Ice Princess storyline...frozen to death. Edward also has an illegitimate
son, Jimmy Lee Holt [oh, He of The Wonderfully Full Pants!]. Edward has a
brother, who is father to Celia (old storyline); he also has a cousin,
Herbert who was living somewhere in the East Wing of the mansion. Edward is
the real power in the ELQ Company. He ward was accused of the 20-year old
murder of Bradley Ward, black politician and hell-raiser of Port Chuck. At
his trial, the truth came out that Edward was, indeed, Bradley's real father.
Edward and Mary-Mae Ward had been lovers during WWII (pre marriage-to-Lila)
and Bradley was the result. Justus Ward, Bradley's son, lives in Port Chuck
and, as a proud African-American, was shocked and dismayed to find out about
his parentage. Edward and Justus made a tentative peace.

QUARTERMAINE, Jason (Saint Jason)
Seems to be too good to be true. Attends PC Univ, majoring in medicine.
Jason wants to be a doctor like mom and dad. He also works at GH part time
and recently joined the board of the Charles Street (non-profit) Foundation.
After a car accident that left him brain-injured, Jason's wild side took
over and he became estranged from the Quartermaines and dumped Keesha.

QUARTERMAINE, Lila
Crane Tolliver and Lila were married when they were teenagers; it lasted for
a short period. Much later, Tolliver came to Port Chuck and claimed that
he and Lila were never legally divorced. He tried to blackmail her for
money in return for a "real" divorce. Susan Moore (Jason Quartermaine's
real mother) found out that Crane and Lila had gotten a legal divorce and
Tolliver killed her so she wouldn't blow his scheme. The motherless Jason
(Alan Q was his dad) was then taken into the Q family, accepted by Monica,
and raised with A.J. as his brother. Lila is matriarch of the Quartermaine
clan. Married to Edward, mother of Alan and Tracy. Owns ELQ stock on her
own. Gracious and lovely, she can appear slightly dotty at times but she
really knows exactly who's doing what to whom! Lila's the only one who can
exert any control over Edward.

QUARTERMAINE, Monica
Talented heart surgeon. Married to Dr. Alan Quartermaine and mother of A.J.
Has money in her own right; owns Quartermaine mansion. On board of directors
of ELQ and owns large chunk of stock. Lost a breast to cancer and had a hard
time reconciling herself to it.

ROBERTS, Carly
May 96 -- First appeared on the show as Bobbie's long lost daughter she
gave up for adoption. Carly was tipped off by the sleazy PI Bobbie hired
that there was money or whatever to be had in Port Charles. She arrived
in town and rented a room at Kelly's. Then she became a volunteer at
Monica's "Wellness Center" at GH. Carly immediately started to suck up
to the GH honchos (like Steve Hardy). Through Monica, she wangled a part-
time job as a physical therapist (that Audrey had promised to Amy). She
then proceeded to ingratiate herself (slightly flirt) with Doc Tony.
She also got close to Lucas one day at GH and they talked about the
layout of the Brownstone.
**Nov 96 -- When she learned that Bobbie had obtained a quickie divorce from
Tone Loc, Clueless Carly suggested that she and Tony get married, take
custody of Lucas, and become an Instant Family! Tony tried to explain to
this young cluck how impossible this would be.

SCORPIO, Mac ["SPAM-for-Brains"]
Brother of Robert Scorpio. Partners with Felicia in the Outback Club. Also
Was involved with Dominique, was briefly attracted to Holly, was engaged to
Felicia but he broke it off because she merely "loved" him instead of
"being in love" with him. Lives in the Scorpio house with his niece, Robin.
He is Robin's guardian. Potential male leading actor for the oft-requested
Vegan/Gay/Biker/Republican/Alien-as-ELvis/Pansexual/Bestiality storyline.
**Nov 96 -- Mac's history with Miranda came to light after Sonny brought the
first Mrs. Jax to Port Charles. Seems that Mac acted as bodyguard to
Miranda and the two of them had jolly adventures in the past. Katherine,
upon hearing all of this ancient history, wasn't amused at all.

SILVER, Harry
Jan 95 -- old, retired mob guy. Harry acts as Sonny's pipeline to the
old Frank Smith Mob. Harry was the one who told Sonny that Cusack had come
back to town and was organizing the disenfranchised Smith mobsters against
him (Sonny). Harry also offered to come out of retirement ("it bores me")
and take Cusack out for Sonny.

SPENCER, Lesley Lulu (Lesley-Lu)
Born prematurely in Aug 94. Jul 96 -- Got a successful bone-marrow
transplant to treat her aplastic anemia. The donor was her half-brother,
Nikolas Cassadine.

SPENCER, Laura Weber Baldwin
Daughter of Leslie Williams; raised in Canada by the Vinings. Is the
adopted sister of Amy Vining. Eventually Laura returned to PC and lived
with her mother who had married Dr. Rick Webber, making her Laura Webber.
Laura started dating Scotty Baldwin when she was a high school freshman
and he was a high school senior or college freshman; they married later
on. She met Luke while working in Frank Smith's nightclub; they fell in
love. She divorced Scott and married Luke. Luke had angered a powerful
mob boss (Frank Smith) who started pursuing them. After 10 years on the
road, they returned to Port Charles in late 1993.
**Nov 96 -- Laura was horrified when she learned that Luke was behind the
framing of Nikolas for drug possession. Justus warned her that Luke might
try something to get Nik deported. She and Luke had a very public "fight"
at GH for the benefit of Stefan, Bobbie, etc. Later, she went to Windemere
to convince Nikolas to keep working at GH. While she was alone on the
dock, she was abducted. Turns out that Luke was the abductor and the two
of them are spending a bit of time in the catacombs while everyone thinks
they've split up.

SPENCER, Lucas Lorenzo (Luke)
Married to Laura; they have a son, Lucas Lorenzo Spencer, and a baby
daughter, Lesley Lulu. Bobbie Spencer Brock Meyer Jones is Luke's sister.
Ruby (of Kelly's fame) is his aunt. He is related to dead-Bill, Jenny and
the rest of the Eckert clan. Luke's mother was Pa Eckert's sister so Bill
Eckert and Luke Spencer were first cousins. Luke is great friends with
Felicia (Luke and Laura lived near Grandma Mariah's Hacienda in the South-
west) and he is also friends with Sean and Tiff. Luke used to be mayor
of Port Chuck so he knows most of the old characters. In the old days, he
impregnated Holly who subsequently lost the baby and married Robert
Scorpio. Luke and Sonny Corinthos are partners in a "blues' club in Port
Chuck. Luke doesn't know of Sonny's continued mob connections.
**Nov 96 -- Luke and Laura have a plan. They want to make Stefan think they
have separated and that his "plan" to destroy the Spencer marriage is
working. They staged a public "fight" at GH for the benefit of Bobbie,
Stefan, and whomever. It worked and everyone thinks Luke left the house
and is living at the club.

SPENCER, Lucky
Cute-as-a-bug's-ear son of Luke and Laura, brother to Lesley-Lu, cousin to
Sly Eckert.
**Nov 96 -- Lucky got involved in a computer game called "Timoria"...he
doesn't know that Stefan Cassadine is his "on-line" opponent. Lucky was
upset when a 12-year old at his school died of a heroin overdose. He had
a talk with Luke about drugs and alcohol.

STANSBURY, Lucas
Lucas' father was (supposedly) Julian Jerome, but there are some who believe
he was fathered by Robert Scorpio, after all, we only have Scorpio's word
that he's not the Dad. The child came to be called Lucas because after
Cheryl gave birth to him, the doctor stole him and told her he had died. He
later sold the baby to Bobbie, who raised him for the first eighteen months
of his life and stuck him with the icky name, "Lucas", after her brother,
Luke (Bad Hair) Spencer. Sometime during those eighteen months, they found
out that he had diabetes, so Bobbie went on a crusade to find his birth
records. She found out that Cheryl was his mother, but neglected to tell
Cheryl that she had her stolen baby. Eventually, Cheryl found out, reclaimed
Lucas, and moved to Arizona after a falling-out with her sister, Tiffany
Hill. Cheryl's will gave custody of Lucas to Bobbie and Tony. Tiff fought
for custody of the kid (she IS his aunt), but Bulwark and Tone Loc
eventually won. So Lucas lives at the Brownstone with the Jones family.

VINING, Amy
Gossipy breast-implanted bottle-blonde nurse at GH. Dating a paramedic.
Couldn't get lucky at the Tailhook convention.

WARD, Justus
Jun 94 -- returned home to Port Charles when he learned that the skeleton
found at the old Ward house belonged to his father, Bradley. Justus settled
down in Port Charles in a renovated fire house. He's a lawyer and a city
councilman. At the trial surrounding his father's 20-year-old murder, it was
revealed that Edward Quartermaine was Bradley Ward's father and is Justus'
grandfather! Poor proud Justus...he was just as shocked and chagrined as
the Quartermaines at the news. Justus and Edward managed to pound out a
cautious peace.

WARD, Keesha
Jun 94 -- Justus' cousin, introduced mid-month, when she returned to
May-Mae's house for her uncle's funeral. Her father was Bradley's little
brother (David). She finished her first year at Temple University and
decided to stay in PC and attend PCU. She and Jason Quartermaine are a big
item, much to Granny-Mae's and Edward's dismay. Keesha and Jason fell in
love and had sex in Paris in April 95.
