By Staff

LOS ANGELES (AP) — PBS won a leading 13 Creative Craft Daytime Emmy Awards,
including six for ''Sesame Street,'' and recently retired game show host Bob
Barker won his 18th trophy.

CBS's ''The Price is Right'' won Thursday night for game-audience
participation show, where Barker served as executive producer until he
retired last week at age 83.

In the new category for morning shows, ABC's ''Good Morning America'' and
NBC's ''Today'' tied. Co-anchors Diane Sawyer and Robin Roberts of ''GMA''
earned trophies, along with ''Today'' co-anchors Matt Lauer, Meredith
Vieira, Al Roker and Ann Curry.

''Sesame Street'' won for preschool children's series, along with trophies
for costume design, directing, multiple camera editing, music direction and
sound mixing.

Food Network star Paula Deen won for lifestyle host, while Eartha Kitt was
honored as outstanding performer in an animated program for ''Disney's The
Emperor's New School'' on the Disney Channel.

Four new categories for broadband, specifically computers, cell phones and
other handheld devices, were created this year. The National Academy of
Television Arts & Sciences teamed with the social networking Web site
MySpace.com to solicit nominations from the public.

NBC's ''The Office: Accountants'' won in the comedy category; ''It's
Jerrytime!'' on Ozone Inc. won in variety; ''Cyberchase'' on PBS won in
children's; and ''Satacracy 88'' from Itsallinyourhands.com won for drama.

Syndicated shows earned nine awards, with comedian Ellen DeGeneres' talk
show taking four in technical categories.

Among the major broadcast networks, ABC and CBS tied with seven, while NBC
had five.

The awards were presented for the first time in a single ceremony that
combined East and West coast winners at the Hollywood & Highland ballroom.

Other Daytime Emmys for performances and programs will be awarded Friday at
Hollywood's Kodak Theatre during a two-hour telecast on CBS.

Winners are chosen by a panel of their peers in each category.

The event was webcast live by TV Worldwide and is archived for viewing at
the NATAS website at www.emmyonline.tv.

Praise God from whom all blessings flow, to use a common Christian phrase,
Genie Francis, finally, ... come on down, girl!

Congratulations!

Gina Tognoni & Heather Tom both seemed fantastic going by the clips that
were shown as well!

They just screwed up and said tha this was Jen Landon's first win and
second nom, but she won last year.

On the sarcastically plus side, it's nice to know what instruments the
actors play and what color martial arts belt people have. Oh brother.

I had hoped that Ricky Paull would win. But, it's okay.

Yep, totally blew that one. Two for two, 2 noms, 2 wins, 2 potential years.

LOL, not something I mind. Especially given how serious Ric Hearst takes
martial arts.

Years ago I stopped watching Yr because of her it wasn't until she

He would have been okay too, although I wasn't thrilled with his drug
addiction story last year.

Understand completely that she is one who some of us love & adore and some
of us hate. I don't know if anyone is in the middle. Thanks for apologizing.
I'd hate to have to plonk ya after all these so many years!

Played very well, though. And, came out of actual problems with pain after
an accident! So, somewhat realistic.

Yep, that's her. She did some directing on ATWT for quite a while,
then GL offered her EP a few years ago.

As a 40 year GL watcher, I can say that the show isn't perfect and
sometimes makes eye rolling blunders, but overall, Wheeler has
restored our faith. She actually thinks using the history of a 70
year old show is worthwhile, writes stories grounded in relationships
and brought back beloved veterans. What a concept, huh?

Emmy night! Overall, one of the better years, because my shows won!
I used to get so peeved when Erika Slezak won year after year! and
the SOD awards always favored DOOL. Did DOOL have anyone nominated
this year? Did they forget to mail the submissions? <VBEG>

I had hoped to watch the show sitting at my computer, but my kids had
friends over and so I watched in the privacy of my room. So now I
will try to remember what I thought of during the show.

Maura West won Best Actress! yay, especially because we got to see
her husband, who is looking thinner than I remembered and was so proud
of her. I thought her acceptance was sweet, mentioning her mother and
GM. Of course, a CBS actress had to win, no other network had a
nominee.

Best Actor: Christian Le Blanc must be really good, but I was
chanting RPG until the name was called.

Supporting: Genie Francis had to win, because she is a legend.
It was great to see Lesli Kay again, and realize how we went from
despising Molly and LK to really appreciating her growth as an
actress. I even tuned into B&B during Felicia's cancer story just to
see LK perform.

I really wanted Trent Dawson to win, because he was non-contract so
long, and he is such a treasure as Henry. Rick Hearst has won enough!
I know he is great, and really resent him winning on the show opposite
GL!

Outstanding younger actor was a tough category, and, crap, none of my
picks won. Van Hansis deserved it for being good, and courageous.
Tom Pelfrey deserved it too (I made my family watch him one day so
that one day I will be able to tell them "I told you so.") (I finally
saw him onstage when GL won best drama. He has short hair.) I never
even heard of the Y&R guy who one, so the Y&R fans will have to tell
me that Bryton McClure deserved the Emmy.

Younger actress: Yes, Jennifer Landon is quite good, but I was hoping
for Stephanie Gatschet because she began when Tammy was quite young
and grew with the part, and she really made the pairing of Jonathan
and Tammy work.

ATWT won for best directing, well I just don't know how to decide this
category, but I'm pleased for the show. I guess it's not the
directors' fault that the plot is tedious and boring.

Outstanding Drama and Writing to GL! Yay, they deserve it. The show
has done new things in the past year, from the Wednesday special shows
to Harley being the Guiding Light super heroine. They share it with
Y&R, so the show must have been better last year, because the RATSC
fans have expressed great disappointment with the show here.

I normally wouldn't make a negative comment about anyone's appearance
but I just have to get catty and say : Eva LaRue's breast implants .
. . . eeeeuuuu. She had the toilet plunger look. I don't think she
had them before she got on prime time.

And in case I haven't offended anyone yet, let me add that I can not
stand The Price is Right. I haven't watched an entire show since
1976, and always thought the premise was stupid and the prices
inflated. I would rather watch reruns of To Tell The Truth. Okay,
that's an exageration.

This post is long enough, and I have already found numerous typos and
mispellings.

ITA with your sentiments about LK, MsLiz, and you must remember that I
was MOST vocal about the quality of her work when she was on ATWT...
or the lack of quality of her work, I guess I should say. I saw her
on GH as Lois when she stepped in to the role originated by Rena
Sofer, and I was totally blown away by how good she is.

Yes, first she was on AW, the original Vicky & Marley Love/Hudson. Then, she
was on AMC, Cindy Chandler, ... then she returned as Cindy's ... cousin, or
sister? But, only briefly. She went back to school to learn to direct & was
a Director at ATWT . Then, she was a Line Producer both at ATWT and GL some.
MADD pulled this stunt where she had multiple candidates 'shadow' Chris
Goutman as a mentoring arrangement as a potential EP for GL. Wheeler won.
The others had to go find other jobs where ever. Although even at that, MADD
wouldn't get rid of Conboy until the bitter end & then insisted on 'doing
the EP's job herself' [cough, cough, as if] for a half a year that GL didn't
have to spare!!! Finally they gave the reins to Wheeler & she's been
restoring integrity left & right ever since. I was so pleased that the won
Writing and tied as Winners for Show!

No question that Y&R will stick with Latham & crew, in general. However,
that doesn't mean that they might not look at 2007 so far and at 2006 & want
to have things tweaked.

LK as Lois? Er, okay, I thought she was awful. I think she still is awful,
just now on B&B. However, I'm sure she's a lovely person.

I thought JL might have a second go, and if we went by just the tiny clips
we saw during the Emmy presentation - which you can't go by - Landon's
performance was miles above anyone else's.

I, too, had my fingers crossed for Stephanie. She deserved it.

It tradition. Take comfort in his inclusion, Ryan Phillippe wasn't

I cannot say how funny I find this one. Basically, if I understand
correctly, and all of 2006's grainy look, washed out lighting, wobbly cam,
handheld shots from *any* angle no matter how bizarre, etc. come under this
category, I am just filled with paroxysms of laughter. I may pee my pants.
And, I haven't gotten well from this cough yet so none of that is a good
sign!! Still, there are compensatory endorphins.

I don't know if it was an issue with an undergarment, or the lack of one, or
a built in one, or the gown, but her puppies looked different, and long &
low, yes, but, nope, she had her implants done before she got going in
daytime, really - or in between her first time on AMC and her second time,
maybe. Maybe during her first time on AMC? She was married to John O'Hurley,
and he bought them for her. He was a best friend to John Callahan, who
became her love interest on AMC. She & O'Hurley broke up & she & Callahan
got together. (They have a little girl.) Callahan began fooling around with
more females on AMC & it broke up the LaRue/Callahan marriage. So, I guess
really that Callahan broke up both of her marriages, the first one to
O'Hurley and the second one to himself. Long story. Sorry, probably
needlessly long. I just always think it's weird when men buy women breast
implants. Thanks for the gift! <G> Of course, if you've ever seen any of her
work when she was quite young, she was great looking - but had no chest,

I guess I can join you over there in that corner. I have never liked it
either. Someone referred to one of the games on the show & I looked at them
like they were an alien. Apparently it is a gap in my pop cultural
knowledge. Somehow I can't get worked up over it. <G>

Did he or she say he bought them for her?
If she was flat as a board, could be she just wanted them and got them
while she was married to JOH, with his blessing (of course). She
probably would have gotten them whether she was married to him or not. I
always thought she was beautiful, before and after.

This wasn't a very good broadcast. I think it was last year or maybe
the year before they did a really good job with the Emmys, but this
year it just didn't feel like the Emmys. And I liked how they cut all
the crap (if I have to hear Il Divo sing one more time...) and had a
bare-bones show, but at the same time that took out some of the
suspense.

I'm elated for Maura and Genie. Wondering what the judges were
smoking when they picked Christian LeBlanc over Peter Bergman. Happy
for Jen Landon. Happy for ATWT directing team, who really did deserve
it, they've done some cool things the past few years and made ATWT
more visually interesting than it's been in the past.

ITA with you there. I never ever thought I'd miss LK or Molly, but
she has grown as an actress... love her as B&B's Felicia, and I would
actually welcome Molly back at ATWT. Then we wouldn't need nuAlison.

I love TPIR. I guess because I have memories of watching it at my
grandmother's house... only difference is that unlike soaps, TPIR has
never changed. No matter what year it was, for an hour you were back
in the 70s.

I disagree. I really liked the fan videos. I though they were a nice
touch that acknowledged the deep connection we have with the shows.
It was great to see the passion with which fans view the soaps. To me
it didn't really take away from anything, it enhanced the experience.
The added value from a fan video versus one more brief clip is about
the same to me. People's speeches are also not so precious that you
can't afford to take any seconds from them -- you have people talking
about how nervous they are and thinkg like that.

This year we actually had ten whole minutes devoted to Outstanding
Drama Series, which is better time management of the ceremony than
usual. Also, to the extent that time management is bad, it's usually
because people go way over time on their speeches anyway, and not
because of any other extras that the award show does.

The additional comments about people's hobbies were also fine to me.
They didn't take time away because they were said as the winners
walked to the stage.

Overall I thought the awards show this year was awesome! Except for
the Lisa Rinna bits.

Donna, I really agree with you that Ellen Wheeler has been good for
GL. I see some people posting on message boards stuff like "Fire EW
and DK!", and I have to wonder if these people are blanking out on the
state GL was in before the current team.

Anyway this was my intiial reaction after the Emmy ceremony, and I'd
like to post it up for posterity:

Yay for Guiding Light! Thank you, Ellen Wheeler, David Kreizman and
the rest of the writing team, P&G, CBS, the cast, and crew for
delivering such a quality program, and the judges for recognizing it!
May the show live long!!

I think it was awesome of David Kreizman to mention first and foremost
the debt owed by GL to Irna Phillips. Many writers would not have done
that. His Emmy speech confirmed my faith in him as a writer. It seems
that the impartial judges agree with me that GL has a good writing
team as well.

I am so happy that the two soaps I follow, ATWT and GL, did so well
tonight! Means I'm watching the cream of the crop!

I am ecstatic at how well GL did, and I think it was well-deserved.

IO hope there will be no "it was all a sympathy vote" comments. If
that's the case, why didn't all the GL actors get sympathy vote wins
too??? Last year, the conspiracy theory was that the GL actors won on
a sympathy vote but the production team didn't win because the judges
were savvy about not wanting to reward supposedly bad work. Now this
year we have a new conspiracy theory. Good grief!

Guiding Light will be with us forever ...

Exactly. ICAM. Having said that, though, I am one of those people
who IS mindful that we all come from different walks of life. Thus, I
try and filter myself, as far as colorful language is concerned.

Diva, I had to suppress a giggle because my ten year old son would
want to know what I am laughing at.

It is a nasty word, but I have to share a link to the slang dictionary
for etymology fans (I'm sure Diva can come up with an elegant pun with
that word).

http://www.urbandictionary.com/define.php?term=cunty

So what's the beef against Heather Tom, Garondo/Mr. Hole? I thought
she was the darling of Y&R years ago.

This year's win for GL wasn't because of a sympathy vote. It was
because of a sentimental vote. Seriously... it was GL's 70th
anniversary. If GL hadn't won for Best Soap, so to speak, fans would
have assaulted the Academy offices non-stop.

I look at it as Y&R got the technical vote, and GL got the sentimental
vote. That's why there was a tie this year. If not for GL's 70th
anniversary year, there would have been no tie and Y&R would have been
the sole winner.

ITA, and also keeping in mind that there's a time and a place *and* a
mood -- "colorful" language is amusing when used in humorous, informal
situations, but use it in anger or in the wrong setting and those same
words are extremely offensive and not funny.

Exactly.

And since people keep quoting the supposedly offensive statement and

See below.

Bizarre, Peter Bergman's not winning. CLB is always good, but Jack had

Speaking of colorful language, you wanna see a newsgroup that's
*littered* with obscenities??

Try rec.autos.sport.nascar

We're NOWHERE near as bad in here as they are in there with
obscenities.

I'm not complaining, either. I read RASN on a regular basis.
Sometimes the language is unnecessary, and seems like it's there just
for the sake of being there, but then again, I don't have to read the

In the future, he can use the word 'cuntescent,' as it is so much more
polite-sounding than 'cunty.'

Use it in a sentence: "Heather Tom appears to have played an equally
cuntescent role on OLTL." Use it in a sentence again: "Or maybe
"cuntescent" is her only acting note."

Yes, they both played Kelly Buchanan on OLTL. Cool, huh? <G>

Like I said last night, she was adored but she was also detested. I'm an
adorer. I also don't believe any version of the C word is 'colorful
language' and in this instance the poster wasn't being humorous &
fun-filled. I read his posts all the time & often he is, sometimes he isn't.
This was an isn't. But, I have no idea why this is becoming a big deal.
There is no 'argument' to get stale. And, making light of something is a
standard way of trying to defuse something like the use of harsh unnecessary
language; it's not a sign that the language wasn't offensive.

He did.

Bryton was very, very good as Devon Winters, and had a great
storyline. I wish ATWT had given Van/Luke equally good writing. But
Luke is gay. Maybe if they'd let Luke get fucked on the show, Van
wouldn't have gotten fucked over by the Emmys.

It wasn't a tough category for me. Van should have won -- could have
won -- but the assholes at P&G/CBS reduced him to coffee-pourer once
the Lily-might-die scare dried up. Hideous, horrible, writing on ATWT.
Shameful treatment of this potentially groundbreaking gay character.

How long before Luke joins Billy Douglas at Yale?

Yes, I know that it is ridiculously catty of me to discuss this, but
on what planet are water balloons considered attractive? I am
beginning to think people see so many false breasts that they don't
know what real ones look like.

In your opinion. Some see it differently, and since you called attention
to it, they're adding *their* opinion(s).

YOU commented on it, why shouldn't anyone else?
That said, what "big deal"? People are just discussing it, and you're
continuing to add your opinion too, so why the concern about it becoming
"a big deal"?

I noticed it, wondered what he was referring to, and thought back to my
memory of how HT looked and acted last night to try and figure out how a
woman can be acting "c_ _ ty". To be honest, I still don't know what HT
does that describes her that way.

Exactly. It's just a discussion, not an argument or "a big deal".

Or maybe it truly wasn't meant to be as "harsh" or offensive as you took
it. Nearly ANY language can be "offensive" to someone these days.

So...then...there was no confirmation that "he bought them" for her?
I only ask because you said you always find it odd when a man buys boobs
for a woman (not verbatim but words to that effect). I've seen instances
where married women get them, and it is *assumed* that their husbands
were the driving force behind it, or if he paid for it, that it was an
odd gift because he too would benefit. If they were married, what
difference does it make who paid for it or if it was a gift? I don't see
anything odd about it.

How many married people do you know who keep their moneys completely
separate? How many women do you know that have gone under the knife for
that surgery JUST BECAUSE their husbands wanted them to? I've known a
few married people who had this done, and fail to understand where those
assumption come from that *the husbands* pay for it out of some
independent bank account that's solely THEIR money and/or that the wives
only did it because the husband "gave it" to them.

And that's a sweeping generalization that women use them to upgrade
partners. Jeez. Yes, it happens, but what about the thousands of married
women who get them, feel much more confident about their looks, and in
turn make their marriage even stronger? <shaking head>

Gotcha. It was too bad that AMC really botched her return. But, they've
gotten into the habit of botching returns now & I'm not sure why. They used

It was unfortunately fitting. It was also sad.

I can only remember one name. She's on Y&R now. Okay, so that's not giving a
name, but it is giving enough info that people will know or can figure it
out. As to when, ... ya know, he may have done a lot of this kind of thing.
Apparently he has a long history, although he may not have been married
pre-AMC bon vivant history. But, this really painful stuff was after she
came back, when they were working together.

Ai-yi-yi. Interesting perspective. I haven't heard that one. I would guess
that Eva only cares about them for their usefulness in getting & keeping
work.

I use profanity here. I will say shit and will not say s**t, or the like.
But, I try not to use too much of it because, frankly, that's just a sign of
being lazy & letting vocabulary rot away in a dark dank unused corner. And,
I try not to use it when it's aimed at one gender or group or ethnicity,

She looks bigger in those photos than she had in the past. *Maybe* she
had them redone (bigger). Or maybe it's just the dress or the support,
as someone else said. In any case, that deep blue dress is gorgeous on
her, but then I don't think I've seen anything that doesn't look
gorgeous on her. She is a beauty.

Liz, I think the choice of clothing of late isn't helping. Even false
breasts can look beautiful with the proper fitting undergarments/support
and some tops/dresses; however, certain necklines simply accentuate the
falseness of them.

I don't remember the girl's name, but the tiny woman who came out in the
white, very low-cut gown, arm-in-arm on both sides with two very taller
men TOTALLY accentuated the "water balloon" comparison. I felt bad for
her. Even people with real ones have to pick and choose which necklines
they look really nice in...same goes for implants.

Saying "she's on Y&R now" is giving enough that people can figure it
out? What woman came from AMC to Y&R that was trysting with Callahan? If
you read it somewhere, why don't you just say the name?

That's it. I had never heard of Plinko before. I embarrassed my better half.
(Not really. She was teasing me.)

I never said I read it somewhere.

True, you didn't. So, what WAS your source of this info? Or is it just
another bit of unsubstantiated verbiage about LaRue/Hurley/Callahan?

I can't say.

Some of what I went over has been in the press. Some has not. But, no it's
not a bit of unsubstantiated verbiage at all much less another one. And,
just an FYI, it's O'Hurley. Sorry to nitpick but I'm a huge fan of his.
Which is not to say I'm not a fan of all 3, since I am, as it happens.

I can't do newsgroups and watch the shows anymore. The former ruin the
latter. But for a special occasion like this, y'know...

Get it while you can, Q. I'm going back in my hole on Sunday. Do not
want pre-information.

And it's delightful to see you, too.

Without seeing any of the reels or getting any info from panel members, etc.

I know he led the fight, for many years, to get this added as a category,
but, he can't keep winning it every year!

> Costume design, drama series: ATWT
> Multiple camera editing, drama series (tie): DAYS and OLTL
> Hairstyling, drama series: ATWT

> Lighting direction, drama series: ATWT

ATWT has really really been looking good! Their production values have
obviously been something they've worked on, building a better look, and, it
shows.

> Makeup, drama series: ATWT
> Music direction and composition, drama series: GL

Hooray! GL has been doing things with music that I have found to be new,
exciting, moving; really making some music carry themes (and not just love
themes or couple songs), almost be a character itself, and at other times
recede where it belongs - in the background. Kudos.

I've already said in another post how hilarious I find this given AMC's edgy
new use of visual equipment, cough, cough, ahem.

My pick: Crystal Chappell, GL's Olivia. I know plenty of people, though,
said that this was *finally* Maura's year and I couldn't see it - at all.
So, she got it. Her acceptance speech was lovely. She looked great. It was
great getting to see a tiny bit of Scott de Freitas, her husband, sitting
beside her. Miss him on ATWT! Maura was my 2nd pick. I don't understand the
Y&R nomination choices. Last year Zimmer said that if she won she wouldn't
be nominated this year. She won. She lied. She 'let' herself be nominated
this year. Learn a lesson from Charles Keating, who removed his name from
nomination after he won on AW and said that it was just what was done! He
was right. She was wrong. Maybe last night was Kim Karma.

> Outstanding Lead Actor
> Michael Park (Jack Snyder, ATWT)
> Anthony Geary (Luke Spencer, GH)
> Ricky Paull Goldin (Gus Aitoro, GL)
> Peter Bergman (Jack Abbott, Y&R)
> ** Christian J. LeBlanc (Michael Baldwin, Y&R) **

I was for Ricky Paull all the way. He is always at the top of the game & he
had the story. LeBlanc is consistently excellent. Park had a good to great
year. Geary is always excellent. Bergman is always good to excellent.

> Outstanding Supporting Actress
> Lesli Kay (Felicia Forrester, B&B)

> Rebecca Herbst (Elizabeth Spencer, GH)
> Gina Tognoni (Dinah Marler, GL)
> Renee Elise Goldsberry (Evangeline Williamson, OLTL)
> Heather Tom (ex-Kelly Buchanan, OLTL)

Already said I was delighted to see Genie win. Loved her acceptance speech &
she looked great! Cute daughter with her. Gina T and Heather T were both
deserving, but, will be again, too. And, Gina won last year, didn't she?

> Outstanding Supporting Actor
> Trent Dawson (Henry Coleman, ATWT)
> ** Rick Hearst (Ric Lansing, GH) **
> Dan Gauthier (ex-Kevin Buchanan, OLTL)
> Greg Rikaart (Kevin Fisher, Y&R)
> Kristoff St. John (Neil Winters, Y&R)

I so totally wanted Trent Dawson to win. All in all, a great deserving group
of nominees.

> Outstanding Younger Actress
> Leven Rambin (Lily Montgomery, AMC)
> Alexandra Chando (Maddie Coleman, ATWT)
> ** Jennifer Landon (Gwen Munson, ATWT) **
> Julie Marie Berman (Lulu Spencer, GH)
> Stephanie Gatschet (ex-Tammy Winslow Randall, GL)

I was rooting hard for Stephanie to get it, but I thought Landon might - and
she did.

> Outstanding Younger Actor
> Van Hansis (Luke Snyder, ATWT)
> Jesse Soffer (Will Munson, ATWT)
> Tom Pelphrey (Jonathan Randall, GL)
> James Stevenson (Jared Casey, PASSIONS)
> ** Bryton McClure (Devon Hamilton, Y&R) **

Van wuz robbed. He's so good & he had the story. IMO, Bryton came on bad &
got better & you don't get an Emmy just for getting better. Jesse & Tom were
also people I was rooting for, although Tom won last year, didn't he?
Someone speculated that the 2 ATWT & 1 GL nominations were split & cancelled
each other out. Could be.

> Outstanding Drama Series [a tie]
> THE BOLD AND THE BEAUTIFUL
> ** GUIDING LIGHT **
> ONE LIFE TO LIVE
> ** THE YOUNG AND THE RESTLESS **

I was ecstatic that GL won/tied. Ellen Wheeler rocks! And, her speech
knocked me over. I have thought for some time that the GL70 Year, Find the
Light, of GL giving back to the community, etc. should be something people
everywhere have talked about. But, nope. At least, it came up last night!

My only thought about Y&R's win/tie was to wonder what Y&R fandom would
think about Latham's team getting an Emmy. <G>

> Outstanding Drama Series Writing Team
> THE BOLD AND THE BEAUTIFUL
> GENERAL HOSPITAL
> ** GUIDING LIGHT **
> THE YOUNG AND THE RESTLESS

Just a little screaming here at our house over this award! Loved David's
acknowledgement of Irna! He made a great speech in general.

> Outstanding Drama Series Directing Team
> ** AS THE WORLD TURNS **

> GUIDING LIGHT
> ONE LIFE TO LIVE

ATWT deserved it. Sometimes I think Goutman loves the art & science of
Directing as much as he does Producing and more than he did Acting!

Hi RH ...
Sure, I argue sometimes. But this exchange about the "c" word was not an
argument, it was a bunch of people exchanging opinions about whether or
not it was offensive. No one called is "a big deal" until Donna did.
