She enjoyed playing to an audience and was at her busiest in theater.

Given her age, could she have been Stella, the lady that went into the relish
business with Lila? I'm guessing that the woman who played Lucille Weeks,
Audrey's sister, died long before now. But those are the only two people I can
think of.

Mary "seems her only other claim to fame was being married to Gidget's dad"

The Pickle-lila business was started by Lila Q
and her maid, Stella, in 1986. The only "Stella"
that I could find in the GH Scrapbook was the
character Stella Fields, who first aired in 1980.
The actor's name that's listed for that character
is Jeff Donnell. The woman who portrays the
pediatrician on ER is Michael Michelle, and the
woman who portrayed John Boy's mom Olivia Walton
is Michael Learned, so I'm not particularly thrown
by a "man's" name for an apparently female character,
but I don't remember Lila's maid Stella as being on
in 1980... but I'm suffering more and more of those
pesky senior moments lately....

I found no actors named Peggy Converse listed at
the back of the GH Scrapbook, but they only list
the characters who were at least somewhat integral
to the storylines, and if Peggy Converse just had
a bit part, she wouldn't be listed.

Lucille Wall portrayed Nurse Lucille March Weeks.
