Andrea Tantaros' Fox Lawsuit Attorney Cites 'Irretrievable Breakdown' [Prefers cash instead of venereal disease]

Andrea Tantaros and the attorney in her Fox News lawsuit are separating,
citing an "irretrievable breakdown" in their professional relationship.
Judd Burstein, the attorney for the former Fox News host, filed for the
split in U.S. District Court in the Southern District of New York,
according to Dan Abrams' website Law Newz.
"In support of this motion, I advise the court that I decided to withdraw
as counsel for Ms. Tantaros based upon an irretrievable breakdown in the
attorney-client relationship," Burstein wrote in Friday's filing, per Law
Newz.
Burstein is giving Tantaros 60 days to find a new attorney to represent
her Fox News lawsuit, the website noted.
Tantaros sued Fox News last year charging she was sexually harassed,
naming the late Roger Ailes, its former chairman, and former talk show
host Bill O'Reilly, and other Fox News executives as defendants, National
Public Radio reported. The lawsuit was referred to binding and secret
arbitration, the radio network reported.
Burstein had filed another lawsuit in federal court in an attempt to get
beyond the confidentiality of the arbitration process, NPR said. In the
second suit, Tantaros charged that Ailes tried to intimidate her along
with former news president Bill Shine and public relations chief Irena
Briganti, which the network has denied, NPR said.
Fox News, in turn, accused Burstein of trying to generate negative
headlines to get the network to respons in favor of its clients and should
be disciplined, the broadcaster said.
Law Newz said that in Friday's documents, Burstein said he will still be
linked to Tantaros' case only to defend himself and her from Fox's
discipline calls.
