From I've been led to understand, it's a generic saying (not a specific ref)
usedd by the operators of rides at carnivals and such. Like when you're on the
tilt-a-whirl, and the guy operating it says, "Raise your hands if you want to go
faster!"
Of course, since you're already going about Mach 3, you can't raise your hands,
and the guy speeds the #$^%@& thing up anyway.
But that's where it comes from. Or so I am led to believe by the denizens of
this here group here.
