Dialect Tapes/Music for staging The Miracle Worker

I am staging this production, The Miracle Worker in the round for my church in June 2013. Looking for appropriate source(s) for dialetct tapes circal Alabama1860-1880. Also, looking for background music. I have the CD for sound effects that come from Samuel French but looking to do more.
