Question about this week's episode of TNG, with possible spoilers for the
faint of heart...
Did anyone else recall the scene between Troi and Picard in "The Ensigns of
Command" where she tried to convey the difficulty of two species attempting
to communicate without a common frame of reference? Seems that theory of
her's was well demonstrated in "Darmok."

...and unless I'm woefully inaccurate, the actor who played the 2nd in command
(you know, "Sendak, his face black, his eyes red!) was also one of the people
in Ensigns of Command who Data first ran into when he landed, the tall black
man. Can anyone verify this with an actor's name?
