if created will be devoted to discussions concerning american-produced animation
(especially that produced for saturday morning TV).

...polls officially close Sunday, October 23rd, at 00:00:02 CDT (which should
be in effect then), however, votes will be accepted through October 26 to allow
for net propagation.

....since this site is going down, votes will be tallied and results posted on
or before October 28 on news.groups. Should a "for" vote be tallied, a request
for creation will be forewarded to news.admin.
