Animation: Kirk is confused

... is this animation in which we learn what 09-Kirk's ad-hoc,
off-the-cuff command style would be if he was an SF/F movie geek
(possibly Philip J. Fry of "Futurama") instead of a Starfleet-o-matic
prodigy. It's not specifically TECH, but Spock does get a word in
edgewise about the illogicality of his rapid rise to command.
