##DENISE CROSBY'S DOCUMENTARY UPDATE##--IT'S NOT TOO LATE TO SEND PHOTOS
We are doing our final tweaks on the Denise Crosby's documentary about the
fans of "Star Trek."
We just screened a work in progress for distributors and also for a small
group of Trek fans and got a great response and very useful feedback from
both. Richard Arnold, Jackie Edwards, Neil Norman, Larry Nemecek, and
Eric Stillwell were among the fans in attendance.
We are still in search of any archival footage (8mm, super-8, 16mm, or
video) or stills (black and white or color) of any of the early
conventions and especially the first convention in NY. Or any other
historic Trek events from the past.
We are also still looking for photographs of you, archival or current, in
your Trek uniform, alien make-up, next to your mock-up of the bridge or
the enterprise or anything Trek related, a group phoro of your ship/club,
etc. If you are interested in having your photo be a part of our photo
montage in the film, send it to us with a copy of the attached release
form. (The larger the size of the print, the better quality it will make
on the big screen. 8x10 is optimal, 5x7 is good, 3x4 is also usable.)
Include a self-addressed stamped envelope if you would like the photos
returned.

all means, and in the advertising, publicity, and exploitation thereof,
the undersigned's likeness, image, picture, or photograph (Appearance),
throughout the universe, in any manner and form and by any method and
process and through any media now known or hereafter known or devised, in
and in connection with the project or subject or program or production
presently titled or known as "The Star Trek Fan Documentary" (Production),
to be produced or released by Producer or by any person, individual,
company, business firm, broadcast station, publication or entity, its
successors, assigns or licensees, to which producer may choose to sell,
license, transfer or assign the Production, or portions thereof. The
Undersigned hereby agrees and acknowledges that Producer, its successors,
assigns or licensees, is or will be the sole and exclusive owner of all
copyright and other rights in and to the Production, Undersigned's
Appearance in the Production, and the recordings thereof and the results
and proceeds therefrom. The Undersigned agrees to hold Producer, its
successors, assigns or licensees, or any other parties harmless against
any claim, liability, loss or damage, including attorney's fees, caused by
or arising from Undersigned's Appearance in the Production, or material
furnished by Undersigned in connection with Undersigned's participation
therein.
