It is well worth a read. Great look at the behind the scenes stuff
from the Next Generation, Deep Space Nine, and the Generations movie
from her perspective as both an actress and a fight and stunt
performer. It is also a darn good read about her life. Highly
recommended.
Babylon Five fans will, of course, have a lot to look at too, a lot of
the book talks about the Babylon Five experience and the people she
worked with there.
Worth a read for any Bab Five, Star Trek, or Science Fiction fan in
general. Also a great look at the life of a working actor and stunt
specialist.
Beyond all of that, a tremendously personal and powerful memoir of her
life up to now. As I said, highly recommended.
