Paramount is long petition-proof. They are not boycott-proof, but I
suspect that you can't do without your weekly escape and simply can't
participate. That is why Paramount can ignore you - you can't ignore
them.

First of all: a boycott is not in our plans right now.

Second: even if we intend to do a boycott, we don't need to boycott
Star Trek directly. A boycott of the companies who *advertise* their
products during a Star Trek show would be enough to get Viacom's
attention..

Hey, there,
did anybody tell You that Viacom only closes these sites that are
concerned with First Contact after the film hit the screen and these
sites that are commercial without being licensed to do so? I think
that´s their good right, because they make money to make new ST and they
own the copyrights. Non-profit pages are not in danger.
