Data - descendent of Bob Wheeler?

I'm sure that most of you know that Brent Spiner played a
recurring character on Night Court. But, has one really
watched Brent play the hick, Bob Wheeler? He uses a lot of
the same facial expressons that are characteristic of Data.
Most notably, raising the eyebrows.
Has anyone else noticed this?

Uhm... excuse me, but just maybe those facial expressions are
characteristic of Brent Spiner, the actor, and not of Data or Bob Wheeler,
the characters he plays! Duh!

It was stated in the ST:TNG Writers' Guide that Noonien Soong is a direct
decendent of Bob Wheeler. ;)
