Star Trek Borg actors

Has anyone noticed the recycled actors on the game Star Trek: Borg? I
think the captain is the same guy who played the wimpy Romulan defector in
the TNG episode. I also believe that Furlong is the same guy who was the
father of the annoying kid who had the imaginary friend, Isabella, on TNG.
Why does Trek recycle so many actors? Obviously, there are many examples.
Problem is, whenever I looked at the captain on the CD, all I saw was the
whiny defector trying to ACT like a tough guy captain. With all the
unemployed stiffs in Hollywood, why does Star Trek use the same people
over and over again in different parts?

A friend of mine worked for the movies and quickly found out "It's not
what you know, but *WHO* you know". Hollywood is just a bunch of
people doing favors for each other. Besides, it's safer to hire
someone you know can act (and you can work with) than to risk hiring
someone that you (and your audience) have never heard of.
