This is the 5th and final (for now) article about Toronto's First SCIENCE FICTION FILM FESTIVAL.

Here's where you get to show that you're REALLY interested. That's right, I'm now selling advance tickets or memberships. The price is a straight $50 (Cdn.) which will include all shows, both galas and entry into the private parties. And while individual ticket prices have not yet been set you can be assured that the price now will be substantially less then at the door.

Here are the details. The festival will run from Thursday, November 1st to Sunday, November 4th. It will be at the Bloor Cinema, 506 Bloor St. West (at Bathurst). There will be opening and closing galas. I haven't confirmed them yet but expect to be blown out of the water. Friday there will be shows at 7, 9 & 11pm and Saturday at 7 & 9 pm and either 4 and/or 11pm. Additionally there will be private parties after the galas at one of the local watering holes. There are also going to be celebrity guests to host the programmes. Again, we are still in the process of confirming schedules but you will not be disappointed.

The deadline for advance ticket sales is September 15th, 2001.
