Did you properly account for the extra leap year days?

This made me curious, so I did a little figuring of my own, and came up
with the astounding figure of 23,590 days as of 4:00 am US mountain time
this morning.

Sort of makes me wonder if anybody checks the plausibility of the very
specific times (down to seconds, often) on Pushing Daisies.
