Book 13 it has been stated will be T.O.M. When doing a reread recently
I noticed in chapter 40, Damane, when
Renna tells Egwene some history of the a'dam; "...Deain's screams
shook The Towers of Midnight,..."
Interesting.

Some more information:
"Question: We know the Tower of Ravens located in the Seanchan capital
city is used as an imperial prison especially for members of the blood,
but there is also a reference to the first marath damane shaking the
Towers of Midnight. Are the Towers of Midnight also a prison? Can you
tell us more about them? (Some of this question paraphrased)?
Jordan: There are thirteen towers of midnight. The Towers of Midnight
are a fortress complex, and were, at the time this happened, Shandar
wasn?t the capital, and the Towers of Midnight were the center of
military might, or the forces that were beginning the consolidation
before the conquest of Seanchan."

Whatever the Towers of Midnight are the court of the
empress is, I believe, contained within the towers. The
court is also the location of the crystal throne (binding
chair). Since Rand has as yet to "bind the nine moons
to him", before book 14 this event must be central in
book thirteen (the title). Rand has to use the throne to
do the binding as predicted by Egewene.

Rand sitting in a chair whose female owner would be
murderously angry. (267 c15 FOH)(Egwene's dream)
…and he shall bind the Nine Moons to serve him. (TDR p93)

that "RJ said that the action would never go to Seanchan. As I remember, he
said it in rather plain and
clear English". How is Rand going to use the crystal throne to bind the
Seanchan to him if the action never gets to the Seanchan continent?
