NO! It is most definately _not_ him. The Patrick Stewart (actually, I
think it's spelled "Stuart") in G:80 is the kid who plays the "second"
obnoxious child genius Dr. Zee. Entirely too young and down right
annoying to be the same actor. It's just a strange coincidence.
BTW, if you're interested, there's a mailing list for BSG fans.
You can subscribe by mailing to majo...@cairo.anu.edu.au with no
subject and typing "subscribe star <your e-mail address>" in the
message. Contributions to the list are sent to st...@cairo.anu.edu.au.
Conquest of the Earth, BTW, is a major cut and paste job (and a bad one
at that) done on the 3 hour pilot of Galactica 1980, two other eps in the
series (The Night the Cylons Landed and So This is New York) and some
voiced over bits from the BSG ep "The Young Warriors"--that's the
dialogue between Baltar, Spectre and Lucifer. You can find the last
episode of G:80, the grossly misnamed The Return of Starbuck, available
for commercial sale or rental. It does feature Starbuck and tries to
explain what happened to him. It's a very, well, odd episode.

Hope this info helps. :)

Wrong spelling, wrong actor. The spelling is actually Patrick _Stuart_,
who played Dr. Zee in G:1980 (PT-OOOOOOO!) If you're watching the Conquest
of the Earth movie compilation, the name mysteriously changes between Dr.
Zen/Dr. Zed. Obviously, this Patrick Stuart is not Patrick Stewart, aka
Piccard.....

No, it is "Patrick Stuart", as in the obnoxious Doctor Zee.

The actor in BSG1980 is Patrick STUART, not Trek's Patrick
STEWART. STUART plays the little boy, Dr. Zee. I too was at
first expecting to see Picard.
