I didn't see it, but someone in rec.arts.tv mentioned it.
The episode might be available on CBS's website; I believe
that most of their shows are. I don't know whether it has
the possibility of being a recurring role.

Almost certainly not. Every episode features at least a couple of
local cops as the BAU team moves around the country assisting in
investigations, and Andrea's character was just the usual guest-local-
cop-of the week role. She did a nice job, but unless somebody commits
more murders in her jurisdiction that would attract the BAU, I don't
see her coming back.
