Joe,
After watching ''Intersections in Real Time, '' I got to wondering: Have you
written any plays, certainly one-act plays? ''Intersections'' would work as a
one-act; so would ''Comes the Inquisitor.'' It's a form you have down.

I cut my teeth as a scriptwriter by writing plays. I've had about a dozen
plays produced, most of them one-acts, and a few full length plays here and
there. It's in theater that I also got my appreciation for experimentation and
playing with structure, taking X and turning it upside down and trying a new
approach.

If you liked those episodes, you may want to check out the new City of Dreams
episode going up at www.scifi.com/cityofdreams October 9th. It's kind of a
one-act structure, with elements of surrealism, minimalism, existentialism, and
spaceships.

Trust me on this one.
