I know this is Star Wars, but at least it is Lucas related. Basically we
can assume that there were scenes cut out of Temple of Doom, becasue in
the mines in one scene Indy's shirt is intact, and in the next the right
sleeve (i believe) is ripped and he has it wrapped around one of his
hands, suggesting that he cut it. I remember reading somewhere that
there was a director's cut, so it is safe to assume that it is in this.
If this is true could someone fill me in. Thanks.

I'm tired of seeing people apologetically enter into a discussion of
Indiana Jones in this group, and then being cruelly struck down.
Surely there is room in this huge newsgroup for a little Indy
discussion. Can't we quietly whisper in a discrete corner of rec.arts.
sf.starwars without being verbally hacked to bits?

This is a _Star Wars_ newsgroup, not an Indiana Jones one. Let's

mathematically figure this one out:
STAR WARS (does not equal) INDIANA JONES
STAR WARS + INDIANA JONES (does not equal) STAR WARS
INDIANA JONES (does not equal) STAR WARS

After careful analyzation, we see that the one extraneous variable we
have in every equation is INDIANA JONES. Hint?

I appreciate the support Micah and you are right. However, the person
who "flamed" me is my friend Basil, and we always send stuff to each mock
flaming one another, in attempt to sort of make fun of people who
actually flame people over ridiculous things. I take it that you don't
have the answer to my question though. I'll keep trying.

Maybe I should have put a :) in my message. See, me and Tom always do
this, sort of like modking people who flame others for the stupidest
reasons. I don't care if there's Indy Jones or Saved by the Bell stuff
on this newsgroup (well, maybe the Saved by the Bell was pushing it a
little far:) just as long as we still got some good Star Wars stuff. Fret
not, Micah, I'm on your side, buddy.
