Anthony Daniels in "The temple of doom"

I watched Indiana Jones and the Temple of Doom last night and I thought that
I heard Anthony Daniels voice??? The man who shows Indy onto the plane in
Shanghai....he's got a tash and he sounded very much like C3PO...
Can anyone confirm this ?

I watched Indiana Jones and the Temple of Doom last night and I thought that

If you look in the credits for the movie, you'll see that the person who
ushered Indy to the plane in Temple of Doom is actually Dan Akroyd of
Sat. Night live fame. If you look closely you'll catch a glimpse of him
too.....

If it was indeed Dan Ackroyd (sp?) I would not be surprised. He always
has a way of "getting" cameo or sneak scenes in major events. For
example, what justified Ackroyd participating in "We Are the World"
all-star fundraiser in the 80's?

The local newsserver has been down for a week, so I'm not sure why you didn't
answer lm's question, but.... Ackroyd is on the PanAm Clipper (Flying Boat) in
the beginning of RAIDERS OF THE LOST ARK.
His appearance in the We Are The World fundraiser was likely based on his
musical work. See THE BLUES BROTHERS.
